I have been renting my property through Benham & Reeves for more than 10 years and they have been good. Rehim Velji is my agent. So far no issues. The only thing I found negative is the cost of any repairs done. If they can get reasonable quotes as well, it will be super.

As an update to my review which is now 3yrs old, I am happy to say that the letting dept of BnR is top notch in particular their accounts dept, with special mention to Abbas Efir, who is always quick to respond and assist. Thank you. I have used BR lettings service as owner since 2016. Their sales team, seasoned and profession, in my opinion is a 4 star. Their property management team, over the past 4 yrs with a recent change, remains over the entire period, slow to respond and deserve a 3 star rating while their accounts department a 5 star. The accounts dept has been consistent and efficient in the delivery of their service to the customer. They are the star in the team.

I recently had issues with my bills not arriving, and Abbas helped me sort them out. Initially I was extremely impressed with the service I received, however the final handover has not been very professional and the apartment not up to standard as expected from such a reputable company. I do believe it is more from a lack of intent from the landlord however Benham & Reeves represent the property. I took on a year long lease but the apartment is still being presented as a short term guest stay with all back of house areas and services not feasible for residents use. An inspection, deep clean and clear out should have been top priority. There was also no handover done of services. This is a very poor reflection on Benham & Reeves
