I deleted the review previously after they kept chasing me and asking to delete it, but I feel horrible whenever I discover issues with the property. I bought the property at inflated price after they told me that there are offers already and I need to agree to whatever price the landlord was demanding. It's been more than a year and I keep getting problems which have stressed me out. It was a bad deal and I was noob in this space, hence trusted whatever they were saying that it's a great price blah blah. Things started falling apart with just few months of usage and I have to keep fixing the stuff.The property was renovated with extremely cheap material just to sale it and lot of information was hidden from me. Barrain advisors are good at taking sellers side as they get a big fortune out of it. But the buyer is stupid and they can get the review deleted even though the buyer suffers financial loss.I am not deleting it now, please do not ping me.

We are sorry that you found your property after over a year and half not at your satisfaction. unfortunately, this has nothing to do with us as you have chosen not to buy brand-new build where you get aftercare and warranty for some time. You have initially viewed the property twice before you made an offer on the property and a third viewing days before completion. we trust this is an opportunity to assess whether the property is suitable to you at that point. Thereafter, you have gone through a valuation from your lender and an individual survey. Moreover, You have asked for the furniture to be in included in your sale and upon completion, you have completed a fixture form of the items in the property. After that point, some sellers wouldn’t be open to further requests of adding or removing any items. But yet, it was your own choice. We trust you have secured the property at a great value at your own pleasure. Please stay away from this company. They were nice until they collected their management fee on a short-let. Following that, I had to chase them to follow up reports of neglect of my flat. Barrain did not communicate effectively with the tenants, did not meet deposit security obligations despite damages to the property highlighted in the inventory.I had to chase them on every single occasion despite paying them a hefty management fee and in response they copied and pasted messages from the tenants, for their 'management fee'.They are entirely unethical and incapable of delivering on their high standard service promise.I raised the issues several times, wrote this review in December and took it down in good faith they will improve. However still owe me the portion of the deposit (in addition to denying to cover excessive energy usage costs occurred by the tenants) and they continue to ignore the inventory report and damage cost owed to me. I am not convinced they undertook due diligence on the tenants either, as Barrain described them as one thing and they turned out to not be students.Totally unacceptable, and still chasing them to do the job I paid them for. Please don't bother.

Dear Athina,Thank you for taking the time in leaving us a review. We are sorry to hear of your experience and that you felt we have fallen short on our services this time. I have tried contacting you many times to discuss your feedback however, couldn’t reach out. Upon investigating your feedback, we found that your frustration was after the tenants have moved out from the property. We have also noticed that the check out report proven the condition of the property to be in line with fair wear and tear except for a minor damage of the main door metal step from the outside which the tenants have agreed to compensate you for. As being a short let, the tenants had most of their items boxed and unpacked. I am sorry if you found that their situation was untidy at some point. However, upon their checkout, everything was back to normal and the property was left cleaned and in great condition. As a landlord, we are obliged to keep you compliant with tenant fee ban act therefore, advised that you can’t charge the tenants any extra as for the energy usage as being part of the agreement. Moreover, the tenants moved out a month early which could compensate any excess of energy usage which we have highlighted to you. We understand your frustration however, we are obliged to give you the right and compliant advice. Further more, We found that we have been highly responsive to you by email and via WhatsApp.We can understand being a landlord for the first time could be stressful however, we did everything we could to manage your expectations and make the process seamless and stress free. GoogleAfter dealing with a few insufferable agents, I felt compelled to leave a review for this company. I was doing the typical “view a few places and make many offers” trick. Other agents not even passing on my offers, not cooperative at all. I was dealing with ehab who was impeccably professional, submitted my difficult offer with a few terms, which got accepted! I’ve now moved in to a lovely place, below listed price, and couldn’t be happier. It was spotless upon moving in, and the whole things was totally seamless. Communication was good even on weekends. I would certainly recommend.
