THE BEST Estates Agents I’ve come across so far, hands down!!!! I work and Live in East London my whole life and was torn on where to buy my Buy to let, as looking for a good investment. Rang a few EA, however soon as I ring Bahrain and spoke to Andy I was sold. 1) he was HONEST, 2) Genuine and 3) accessible (he works very late hours. Lol). That is Customer obsession to the core. I work in Finance so don’t have time to waste, Andy was so good!!! He made the process between myself and the seller so easy, and best part, the deal was done and completion within 3 weeks!!! 😳 Ehab is colleague, also so helpful. Honestly these guys are the best, in terms of the quality of their house also, and yes London is expensive, but all their houses gives you Money for your buck. Believe me, my Brother has 15 properties he has invested in since 80’s and even he said, Barrain is the easiest and most straight forward best estate agents he has dealt with in 32 Years!!! That is saying something. 100% will be using these guys again and again.

Demetri was absolutely incredible

Demetri was absolutely incredible! Our buyers solicitor was very difficult and needed chasing. Demetri was nothing short of amazing. He chased the solicitor every day, kept me informed. We had a very tight time frame to get the sale done, he did EVERYTHING possible to make it happen for us. I cannot fault him or thank him enough

Rented this property remotely and Alex made the whole process completely stress-free. He was incredibly patient, walking me through the place in detail over video, answering every single question, and making sure I felt confident about the decision before committing. Even from afar, I felt well looked after throughout. Highly recommend renting through Alex!

My partner and I spent a lot of time being messed around by other Estate Agents but can confidently say the experience was vastly different with Ehab and the team. They genuinely care for the work they do and are supportive throughout the whole rental process. Not just caring about signing you up, but also very responsive and proactive during the tenancy. Barrain have been a pleasure to work with. Jamie and Isla

large corporate agencies that didn’t really give my property the attention it needed, I still couldn’t sell, but with Barrain London, my home was sold quickly! I’m truly grateful for their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication. A special thank you to Nada and the team for their continuous support and for making the whole process so smooth and stress-free. Me and my friends have been searching for a property for more than 3 months and ever since we stumbled up one Barrain, we could not have been luckier and happier. We managed to secure our place within 1 day and the process was smooth and quick. Ehab is amazing, always responsive and did his best to settle a good deal between us and the landlord for which we are very grateful. Even when super busy, Ehab has done his best to accommodate us due to our hectic jobs and has been an always open and positive about everything . This is our first time renting with an agency and I would 100% recommend Barrain to anyone who is searching for their new place!

Unmatched professionalism and market expertise …

I recently had the pleasure of working with Barrain to find a tenant for my rental property and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish Ehab demonstrated exceptional professionalism, integrity and a good understanding of the rental market in the area. Ehab kept his word throughout the entire process, ensuring all promises and commitments were met with precision and timeliness. This level of transparency and reliability was truly reassuring and made the entire process a lot smoother and stress free. You have set the bar so high that it is now going to be difficult to be satisfied easily. I can recommend Barrain without any reservation.

We found this amazingly property at a very nice residential area full of greens and the flat is super as how we were looking for in 2 BHK. Quite big and spacious and very well maintained furniture and textures inside. Totally recommend to get the flat via Barrain Advisors. Agent - Ehab is a very supportive and cooperative person who helped us a lot in not just finding this amazing property but also after we moved in with smallest of things. Easily approachable anytime and very well behaved and nice person as an agent I have come across :) Good job Ehab 😊
