Me and my friends have been searching for a new place for a while. Luckily one of the properties from Barrain Agency popped up and the viewing was arranged the same day! Ehab was very communicative, honest and helpful regarding the whole process. By answering our all questions, making sure everything is going smoothly on both ends and by being present, he created great journey for me and my friends!

We found this amazingly property at a very nice residential area full of greens and the flat is super as how we were looking for in 2 BHK. Quite big and spacious and very well maintained furniture and textures inside. Totally recommend to get the flat via Barrain Advisors. Agent - Ehab is a very supportive and cooperative person who helped us a lot in not just finding this amazing property but also after we moved in with smallest of things. Easily approachable anytime and very well behaved and nice person as an agent I have come across :) Good job Ehab π

We've had a very positive experience with Barrain throughout the sale of our flat so far. From the initial valuation through to the current stage of the transaction, the team has been professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Selling our property has had its challenges, but Barrain has worked hard to secure a buyer and has provided honest, practical advice throughout the process. Communication has been excellent, they've kept us updated regularly, responded promptly to our questions, and have been proactive in following up with all parties to help keep the sale moving. A special thank you to the team for their patience, professionalism, and dedication. Their support has made what could have been a stressful process much easier to navigate. Although we are still awaiting completion, we have been very impressed with the service we've received so far and would happily recommend Barrain to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleBoth Jakub and Andy have been absolutely superb as my estate agent. Together, they really do redefine what great estate agents look like! Jakub is brilliant at getting to understand their clientβs need and aligns himself to help you in your search/process. I couldnβt ask for better communication skills and it really makes an arduous and stressful process so much more enjoyable with someone like Jakub supporting you. Similarly, Andy is great at moving the pace along and is incredibly transparent and rapid in his response. He is present, driven and gets the job done. Thank you to you both!

GoogleI spoke to Demetri and even though we didnt buy a house, he was the most friendly and accomodating estate agent we have dealt with. So responsive, helpful and I couldn't recommend enough. I particularly found the use of Whatsapp and email confirmation of viewings very helpful

There was no other option but to use Barrain services when my tenants vacated the property 4 years later. He is prompt, professional and super friendly. GoogleEhab Barrain, the Company owner, is a consummate professional in his field with a desire to offer top class customer service. He successfully let and handled the management of my apartment over a year and when I decided to sell Andy Dumas, their Sales Manager, was there to offer solid, realistic advice that led to a successful sale. Unlike the big agencies that have multiple people contacting the owner with each one not knowing what the other is doing, Barrain have adopted an approach based on continuity where you get to know them and they know you and what you require. I would have no hesitation in recommending them whether you are looking to rent, let or sell a property.
