Ehab was very personable, honest and deeply knowledgeable of the area. Ehab by some miracle, had a buyer for our home within a week of meeting him. The actual sale took longer and cost more than anticipated due to delays outside of Ehab's control. I think the initial communication informing us of a delay should have been more timely - however, this was a one-time lapse and following this Ehab waa very proactive in the management and progression of the sale.On the whole, Ehab was knowledgeable of the London market, and we felt that we were receiving a realistic appraisal and rate, especially when compared to competitors in the area.

We had a viewing arranged by Ehab for a rental property in East London. Although we didn’t end up taking the flat, he was very professional, responsive, and pleasant to work with. The viewing was well organized and he followed up thoughtfully. I would be happy to work with him again in the future if I’m looking for another flat. Highly recommended.

We were moving flats in Sept and had a very short notice for finding and moving accomodations but Ehab was very helpful and helped us find the property and get in touch with the landlord and was very responsive in a timely manner. We never had any issues and rather the entire process went quote smoothly, Ehab made sure to chase us for any pending documents to ensure the things are timely done and are ready by the move in date. Overall it was seamless and very helpful to have Ehab help us out.
