We recently rented a property in pontoon docks through Barrain Property advisors. We dealt with Ehab and his conduct was extremely professional. He was proactive throughout the search, understood our requirements well, and executed the tenancy agreement quite fast. He is very patient and responsive in terms of handling queries and helped to resolve our concerns and issues even once we moved in. Overall, we would highly recommend him and Barrain Property advisors.

GoogleWe found this amazing property in Mahindra Way through them. They were very transparent, supportive and collaborative in the entire process of handover and supported even post relocation for post handover issues. Mr Ehab was leading the entire process and was super kind and went out of the way to help in ensuring our transition is smooth.

From the outset, we successfully let your property to an excellent tenant at a strong rental value. The tenancy has been highly successful, and the tenant has even expressed an interest in purchasing the property. We believe this reflects the quality of the tenant we sourced and the professional service we delivered. The issue raised in your review relates solely to our renewal commission. This fee was clearly set out in our signed Terms of Business before we were instructed and was accepted by both parties. It was never hidden, unexpected, or introduced after the tenancy commenced. We appreciate that contractual fees can sometimes be frustrating when circumstances change. However, the renewal commission formed part of the agreement from the beginning, and we have always been transparent about our terms. We also made a genuine attempt to resolve this matter amicably before this review was posted. It is therefore disappointing that the review does not acknowledge those discussions or the successful outcome we achieved on your behalf. We take great pride in providing a transparent, professional, and responsive service, and the positive relationships we build with both landlords and tenants are reflected in the many positive reviews we have received over the years.
