We have just sold our house through Michael Graham, and were impressed by the service, from valuation & photos all the way through to handing over the keys. Communication was excellent at all times, and everyone at the Towcester branch was very pleasant to deal with. Poor Customer Service - Who needs communication...

Awful customer service!!! We took time off work and viewed a property, upon entering the property the young lady simply just said hello and have a look around that was all... didn't provide any information about the house or area. although sometimes it is nice to be left to look around, this felt like there was no interest from the estate agent at all and a real lack of care. When we did ask questions the responses were short and blunt. Upon expressing our interest for the house, she informed all offers had to be made by the end of the week and that it was best and final offers only... We then called back the following day to make an offer to find out they had accepted an offer the day we viewed the property and we were not informed. We were also told that we would not of actually been able to make an offer in the first place as we hadn't yet sold our property, despite the fact we have a mortgage in principle for more than the amount that was not dependant on any equity or profit from our home. we had an initial call where our circumstances were discussed prior to viewing but we were not informed of this even after expressing that we would like to make and offer post viewing at the end of the call.poor customer service, especially for houses that are nearly 3/4 of a millions pounds.

I have sold two houses over the last year with MG ( one mine and the other my daughters ) On both occasions I have had the pleasure of dealing with Gareth Redman who has been excellent in communicating the progress (even when it was not good news) being very pro active and persistent in his support and chasing the sale, up to, and after exchange and completion We had one of the houses with another estate agent who managed to lose 3 sales because they were not diligent with follow up and were very un professional. It is a fact, it would appear, that you get what you pay for. Well done to Richard, Gareth and the whole team at Towcester office

Not great.At first, the service seemed promising, but the relentless pressure became unbearable, four calls and four emails a day at one point. Once payment was made, communication dropped entirely.The team was rude and showed little regard for customer service, highlighting their need for training. They treated basic tasks as burdens and expected praise for doing their job.Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Avoid if you can.

No stars are deserved. The system demands that you put one as a minimum. Michael Graham has been absolutely useless. We rang last Friday afternoon expressing interest in a property new on the market, left a message with a receptionist but to date no one has returned our call. My daughter also rang, left her details and again no response. So rude not to even acknowledge a client's call.

Some representative turns up at My…

Some representative from Bedford branch turns up at My house today with his Zoopla printouts. He then Prices my property at the £520 mark due to some googling and online valuations. To be clear zoopla makes no account for renovations which I have done at 65k. He then tries to tell my partner the previous history of the property (Zoopla) is all over the internet which is some of the reasoning for the valuation, which for the record has incorrect floor plans and incorrect specifications which has major impact on previous valuation as it’s simply not accurate., so no idea what he is talking about with that therory.Who turns up with a Zoopla printout??? This is only an estimation and clearly states renovations are not included !!!The only other history available is on Rightmove but only available to agents so technically the spill is a complete lie as it’s not representative, so it’s just nonsense he was coming out with.What a complete joker who has not done any homework and thinks we are going to fall for his nonsense because he knows how to do some print outs. We have a great new outbuilding and tub but he thinks it has zero value. I could crane this out tomorrow and sell for £35k so again he is completely clueless and full it.He wants to spin a buck and take his ridiculous 1.5% and low ball my property for a quick flip.I know what it’s worth as we have sold it previously and it has far more value than then so his ridiculous valuation again is just not representative. I want somebody who understands the house and area representing me rather than some blagger. I think his suit was so loud it’s made him delusional.Nothing annoys me more than a slimy estate agent with no qualifications trying to do what’s right for him rather than the client. Really poor and out of touch.Do not use this bunch of charlatans. Three other agents have priced differently and all within 5k which tells me this guy is on the take . Could not of hit the mark of the stereotype of a estate agent !!!!
