GoogleWe recently sold our house with Michael Graham. They were superb from beginning to end. Having previously tried unsuccessfully with another agent we switch to Michael Graham. Ben supported us in getting everything setup and the marketing and photos were excellent. We had 15 viewings booked in the first week and we sold at asking price on first viewing. Ben supported us further during the period up until completion. With Michael Graham you get the expertise in marketing and the care during the entire process. Highly recommended.

I dealt with Jonathan Selsby for the sale and Mark Williams for the purchase, both were very professional.Michael Graham were way ahead of other agents in terms of marketing video, sales particulars and photographs.I would definitely use Michael Graham in the future if I sold again.Paul

GoogleWe came to this company knowing absolutely nothing about it and have found the website and details offered to prospective buyers really helpful. We pursued one house in particular and the agent involved - Ander Cockerill - has been exceptional in the service he has offered to us. His conduct whilst showing us round the house showed a real interest in the property and in negotiating a fair purchase. He has responded almost immediately to every contact we have made and every request for information. We feel that Ander has gone over and above the normal expectations of an agent and we are most grateful to him. In pursuing our search for a property in the North Bucks/South Northants area we have made contact with personnel in a number of different Michael Graham offices. Throughout this search we have received regular details that have related specifically to the brief we gave the agents. We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Michael Graham, Central Milton Keynes for the purchase of our new property, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Unlike Chewton Rose, who efficiently handled the sale of our previous home, Michael Graham was disappointingly unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the entire process.From the very beginning, Michael Graham's lack of proactivity was evident. Their communication was poor, and they failed to keep us updated on important developments. On the day of completion, the situation deteriorated further. Both the branch manager and another key team member were unreachable, leaving us in a lurch at a critical moment.After the completion, we were left standing outside our new home with four vans, while Michael Graham was conspicuously absent including the previous owners. To add insult to injury, one of their representatives had the audacity to lecture us on patience instead of taking responsibility for the chaos.Michael Graham's contribution to the process of handing over the keys was non-existent. We had to wait four excruciating days for the previous owners to move their belongings, causing significant inconvenience and stress. Our movers couldn’t put our stuff as per allocated rooms due to ex-owner belonging. Throughout this ordeal, Michael Graham remained offline and uncontactable, from the day before completion to weeks afterwards. Not once did we receive an apology for their abysmal service.In summary, our experience with Michael Graham has been a complete disappointment and a source of immense frustration. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability have left us deeply dissatisfied. We would strongly advise against using Michael Graham for buying or selling your property. It is a shame and a disappointment to have encountered such poor service.We will never recommend Michael Graham and would suggest looking elsewhere for reliable and professional estate agents. Do consider Chewton Rose, Central Milton Keynes, found them very professional and proactive.Thank you

GoogleEveryone at the Towcester branch are just amazing. Very professional and acted in our best interest. Moving home is a very emotional time and incredibly stressful but the team put us at ease and were there every step of the way. In the current climate of Covid they worked with the govt guidelines and kept us all safe and ensured that all visits were as well with prospective buyers. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking to see their home.PositiveProfessionalism

Invited Michael Graham around to value our property and agreed to go on with them but had to chase them a week later as we had not heard anything.Finally, they got in touch, and we arranged for photos and floor plans to be sorted. I also signed and completed all the paperwork. A week and a half later, still nothing, so I called them twice, each time leaving a message for a call back, but never got a call back.4 weeks after last speaking with Graham and telling him that communication was key for my wife and I, we still have not had a call, txt, or an email.Clearly, Michael Graham does not want a 600k+ listing.

A truly exceptional service from Graham, Alex and Jayne at the Aylesbury office, my sale was a tricky one from the start, but I have to say the team at Micheal Graham made it all possible and absolutely stayed truly focused and professional throughout. My husband and I are a professional couple moving back from the UK to France after 10 years away.We are searching for a rental property to begin with whilst we settle back in and then have a budget of £800k to buy a property. We contacted Michael Graham Aylesbury office to make an enquiry about renting as we like the look of some of their properties. On my second conversation with them I flagged a concern with them which was would they need to meet us in person for the right to rent checks. They emailed back to say yes. As we don't live in the country, and as my husband, to complicate matters further, works overseas (not UK or France) this would not be possible for us so I replied and ask if there was a way round this. I never heard from them again! Firstly, this is a concern that other agencies have overcome. Of course there is a work-around, like in anything in life. In any case, to just not respond is rude and also staggeringly short-sighted. I wrote to the Managing Director to hear his views but he didn't bother to reply either. Tellingly, their Facebook page review facility is switched off. We are pleased to have now found a partner agency who have helped us find a rental property and who will in the near future help us buy. This has been a very stressful time for us, relocating back to the UK and having to do it all from a distance. Michael Graham have lost out, but so have we on their properties, and all so unnecessarily.

We were away from the house a lot during the sale but we were always confident that the staff at Michael Graham would conduct viewings and let us know of any problems at the house.
