Apologies for the late review as the house was sold in June of this year. The first person to visit our home was Richard Irlam who gave us at the time of visit a valuation which was based on his profound knowledge of the local market and we achieved a sales price of £480,000 on a property that he valued at £495,000. The whole sales process was managed by Gareth Redman who managed it meticulously through each of the stages and put in so much effort to getting the property sold. At the time of final negotiation Ben Laidler was truly excellent. The only way to sell your property in this area is by instructing Michael Graham they always perform. The only thing that lets them down is there mundane, unenthusiastic receptionist otherwise I would give them five stars.

We recently brought our family home through Gareth Redman at Michael Graham in Towcester. From walking through the door on the first viewing to getting the keys Gareth was a pleasure to deal with. He and the team went above and beyond in all aspect of the purchase from chasing up and down the chain to even making personal visits to the local council to sort a last minute search issue. We had full contact details throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. We won’t need to move again as the whole family loves our new home, but if we did we would absolutely use Gareth at Michael Graham Towcester. A friendly and very helpful approach with prompt responses and clear communication really assisted with our swift and straightforward purchase and played a key role in helping ensure it was a success. It was refreshing to have such a professional approach having previously experienced something quite different. On numerous occasions the agent, Ben Laidler, liaised with all parties to ensure questions were answered promptly and fully and the various steps of the process were completed as quickly as was feasible - we were able to exchange only 3 weeks after placing our offer! We just bought our new home via Michael Graham Towcester. The sellers are elderly in their 90s. Everything was going smoothly till it was discovered that there were a few disputes with the property such as relocation of the electric meter and a piece of land that the title did not reflect, plus a few other issues. From here began a race to chase the electric company, the land registry, the solicitors etc. But we had to do none of it as Gareth Redman and Richard Irland did it all for us. Gareth made sure the land part was sorted between the involved parties while Richard worked beyond hours and even on his breaks to get it all sorted within (believe it or not) 10 days time. Although the exchange of contracts took longer than expected and was more like a rollercoaster but none of it was because of the EA. They only greased the wheels. Both Richard and Gareth made sure the vendors solicitors worked twice as fast towards the end. Meanwhile, Ben Laidler was so patient with me, giving me updates, passing on my messages, it was always reassuring to talk to him. The property season being at its peak, it was particularly busy for these men but they ensured they responded to all my calls no matter when or where. Seamlessly done :)

From finding a buyer, negotiating a sale price and then working through the trials and tribulations to exchange of contracts/completion, the team was simply outstanding. Richard has an impressive knowledge of the market and it's current situation and gives you confidence that you are in good hands. We recently purchased our home through Michael Graham in Towcester. Before we chose this house Ben showed us around a few properties on with this agent. He was really friendly and professional- we were very impressed. Gareth showed us around the property we ended up buying and again, he was very professional. The chain ended up being quite complex and stressful - we really felt Gareth kept it together and kept things moving.
