We were extremely happy with Jamie and his team who helped us get an offer accepted for our new house at the back end of 2024. Jamie was highly attentive and accommodating throughout the buying process, allowing us to view the property 4 times, answer any questions we had, and aid us in pushing the solicitors for answers which ultimately helped us move in before the stamp duty changes came into effect on April 1st 2025.

I’ve rented through Howkins and Harrison for 12 years and can honestly say that I have always been happy as a tenant under their management. Currently our property is under the care of Nikki and Lisa at the Atherstone branch. Appointments are made at a time suitable to Nikki and me, visits are friendly and helpful. Nikki is always cheerful and most importantly respectful that he is visiting your home. A complete contrast to the experience I have had with 2 other letting agents!!Great service as always from Howkins and Harrison. I genuinely would not go through any another letting agent!

GoogleI would like to add my name to the list of satisfied customers! I took the decision to use H & H for the sale of my house and they performed well at all stages of the process. At the initial meeting Martin showed that he had a very good grip of the local market. Brochure production and viewing arrangements were all very satisfactory, as was the handling of the various offers. There were some delays at the end of the process, caused by actions further down the chain but this situation was handled very well by Amy. Highly Recommended!

GoogleAbsolutely phenomenal team who make every step of the selling/buying journey as easy as possible. Martin, Karen and Amy were all fantastic and professional throughout. Holly, who handled my sale, went above and beyond. She was always easily contactable, always polite and professional, gave fantastic advice in respect of our onward searches and made an otherwise stressful process all the better for her input. I would have no reservations using Howkins again as my preferred agents and would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell.

It was the manner in which the whole process was contacted right from the beginning, Karen and her team were relentless and they showed professional determination in making sure that there were no unnecessary delays, within a week of application processing the property was ready for us to move into it, she also went out of her way to help us with some start up furnitures she sourced from another tenant who was moving back to her country and for that we will forever be grateful to Karen.

I would just like to share a 5 Star review for Linda Redmond from the Atherstone Branch. I cannot fault her fantastic enthusiasm & knowledge on the property I have viewed & followed onto purchase. Having actual knowledge and passion for the job is so important, I have had many viewings from all different estate agents and Linda provided by far the best experience. Actually caring and taking time to know the property you are selling goes a long way, I could really tell she was passionate and had took time to give me the best information possible. I saw a house to rent with howkins and harrison Atherstone unfortunately we didn't get the property which was very upsetting for our family but lisa Swinnerton has been amazing trying to help us find another one people now a days no longer care about people or want to help but lisa goes out of her way a very kind, genuine, caring person. She is very easy to talk to so what ever your situation is tell them the truth because if lisa can help she will i highly recommend them. Fantastic service, caring and kind and lisa does not judge your circumstances it is hard to find a great company so if you want good service then go to howkins and harrison Atherstone and ask for Lisa Swinnerton you will not be disappointed with the help and support you receive.Thankyou lisa from kellie Williams and family

Both Nicole Ashenden and Karen Hickman from the Daventry branch have been nothing but helpful and kind! I have rented two properties through H&H and they have always been super transparent regarding the properties and supported me, giving frequent updates and reassurance. In our previous rental we were given the unfortunate news that the landlord was selling up which set off immediate worry as we have a young daughter, Karen called me to let me know and showed lots of compassion and offered me a alternative beautiful property within my price range which was better suited to my family, thus turning an unfortunate situation into a blessing in disguise. They had the property redecorated completely and ready for us within 4 weeks! Nicole and Karen have been a pleasure to speak to at all times and very swift with responses. 10/10 would recommend😊

First of all, I would like to thank this agency, especially Javed Rahman for his help in everything. Both in the quick processing of documents, and later, in solving various household issues.
