I moved at the beginning of June and I thought it was going to be quite stressful. However, I have to say that Evie in the Northampton Branch was fantastic. There was no hassle, everyone was so easy to talk to, which is what I needed.From start to finish, the level of service was superb. We live in an increasingly hostile world where often via social media poor feedback is often sited against service providers and conversely good feedback is sometimes overlooked. I recently had the extremely emotional and costly event (in aborted solicitors fees) where my buyer almost at the time of contractural exchange, opted to purchase another local property. To say I wanted to walk away from the whole Conveyancing process would be an understatement. Howkins and Harrison tried so hard to keep the sale but pragmatically accepted that was not an option. Since then they have worked so hard to vet suitable viewers and provided structured feedback. I am so pleased I decided to continue putting my trust in them. I always knew selling my parents home was going to be one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, but ‘Team Towcester’ have been kind and compassionate from day one. A very special thanks to Martin, Karen and Amy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me every step of the way - I could not have done it without you.

I am extremely happy with her service, and the team. Less than a week it took for Lisa to find a tenant. Vetted and handling all the necessary paperwork. We tried originally to sell our house but the market isn't great so decided to rent. Mark Glenn at the Northampton office sorted everything out & we had a tenant lined up within a couple of days at the full asking price. He explained the whole process to us being first time landlords & showed us what we needed to do & all the costs involved. Being new to the rental market I was a little apprehensive about the procedures involved but Lisa Swinnerton the Atherstone branch manager couldn’t have been more helpful. Lisa was prompt,curtious and friendly at our first meeting to view the property and has subsequently been at the end of a call,text or email to answer any questions I’ve had. The dealings with Howkins & Harrison and in particular Lisa Swinnerton have been excellent and long may it continue. Would thoroughly recommend this letting agent.

We instructed H&H Lutterworth branch for the sale of our home in a very difficult time in the market. There where a series of complications but Ali and the team managed to get the job done with complete professionalism and always a smile on the face.From start to finish, photos, viewings to sale we where always impressed with all of the services, at a competitive price.We where always kept in the loop with frequent updates via calls and emails. Ali, Beth & Carly … wow what can I say! They were all amazing from start to finish on the purchase of our new home they all went above and beyond to make our dream come true! Nothing was ever too much trouble and we truly felt like they were rooting for us. We were extremely happy with Jamie and his team who helped us get an offer accepted for our new house at the back end of 2024. Jamie was highly attentive and accommodating throughout the buying process, allowing us to view the property 4 times, answer any questions we had, and aid us in pushing the solicitors for answers which ultimately helped us move in before the stamp duty changes came into effect on April 1st 2025.

I’ve rented through Howkins and Harrison for 12 years and can honestly say that I have always been happy as a tenant under their management. Currently our property is under the care of Nikki and Lisa at the Atherstone branch. Appointments are made at a time suitable to Nikki and me, visits are friendly and helpful. Nikki is always cheerful and most importantly respectful that he is visiting your home. A complete contrast to the experience I have had with 2 other letting agents!!Great service as always from Howkins and Harrison. I genuinely would not go through any another letting agent!

GoogleI would like to add my name to the list of satisfied customers! I took the decision to use H & H for the sale of my house and they performed well at all stages of the process. At the initial meeting Martin showed that he had a very good grip of the local market. Brochure production and viewing arrangements were all very satisfactory, as was the handling of the various offers. There were some delays at the end of the process, caused by actions further down the chain but this situation was handled very well by Amy. Highly Recommended!

Holly, who handled my sale, went above and beyond. She was always easily contactable, always polite and professional, gave fantastic advice in respect of our onward searches and made an otherwise stressful process all the better for her input.
