GoogleIf at all possible I would give the HandH Towcester Team '10' gold stars because I have never experienced any other home sale or purchase before, guided by such attentive, patient, supportive, articulate, professional's consistently delivering an outstanding service, especially through what are very tricky times for us all. In a matter of weeks I feel incredibly reassured that I will be sat on a cardboard box, eating chips out of a newspaper in my dream 'Forever Home." The 10 gold stars go to Martin & Julian but I would like to give *1* extra gold star to a very special and unique human 'being' ~ Holly Eaton. GoogleWe sold our house through Howkins in Towcester and while Karen and the team are very nice, I can't recommend them at all. Our overall feeling is that if we hadn't chased up the chain (our buyer, their solicitor and their estate agent and buyer) the contracts would not have been exchanged. Whenever we called (usually a week after asking for some answers) they were always just 'picking up the phone to us'. In the end, since we pushed through the exchange we haven't heard from Howkins at all! No confirmation, no congratulations, nothing. We completed over a week ago. The only thing we've heard from Howkins is their bill which arrived before we'd even completed.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

She spoke to Mrs King ahead of the completion and offered her thanks and good wishes for your onward move when they discussed keys, and what would happen on completion day. Karen felt that the team had spent a lot of time on this sale, as two previous buyers withdrew, and were particularly pleased when it went ‘over the line’. We take your comments very seriously and review where we went wrong. However, we are delighted that during this exceptionally difficult time, and on the third attempt, you did manage to move and we wish you well in your new home. GoogleWe have just used Howkins & Harrison in Towcester to sell the house we bought through them a few years ago. We dealt directly with Karen who was great. She came to look at the house to value it before it was ready. We talked through the improvements we planned to do and she advised on what would be a priority. Karen came back to value after the work had been done and quickly got a photographer to visit. The photos were brilliant and showed the property at it's best. We have two weeks of viewings conducted by Julian, Holly, Julie and Karen (who all visited to familiarise themselves with the property in advance) and we got a good offer from a proceedable buyer. We have gone from the offer to completion in 8 weeks. I recommend these agents as they are great at selling but more importantly, they are all genuinely nice and friendly people. We bought our new home through Howkins & Harrison in Towcester. Kelly arranged a viewing for us at very short notice and we were first to view this great property. We were very stressed with the moving process having lost a previous property and several buyers in the last 2 years. Kelly gave us the confidence to pursue this move to our dream house. It was a very fast move which proved stressful and challenging but both Kelly and Karen were amazing and we completed the process in 4 weeks and 1 day. Kelly was always available on the phone and email to answer any queries and chase up on outstanding issues in the chain. We can't fault the customer service and the personal approach we received throughout and would definitely use them if we ever move again.

GoogleFrom the first meeting with Julian we were really impressed with the quality and professionalism of service that H&H provided. Their photography and brochures were excellent and we were able to get lots of viewings from day 1 with lots of interest. Our house went on the market right as covid 19 lock down kicked in and during that time they kept us up to date and even checked in on our property as we were locked down in Scotland. We really couldnt have asked for more. We really liked the text and emails confirming appointments and viewer feedback as well. Well worth every penny. The staff at Lutterworth Branch in particular Ali & Beth, they were diligent, friendly and helpful all the way through the sale. Where necessary they were proactive with others involved to ensure things kept moving. Phone calls were taken and calls returned as promised and they took time to understand factors unfamiliar to them in that I was buying in Scotland where procedures are different.

Just wanted to leave a comment on how amazing our experience has been so far. My husband and I viewed a property with estate agent Jenny Ponder on 30th October. Unlike many viewings we have had with other estate agents, Jenny was so friendly , honest and super enthusiastic from the get go. Often our experience has been that we almost felt we were an inconvenience to the estate agent that was showing us round - but not with Jenny. She is passionate and was extremely respectful in her service to the vendor too - it felt very personal. Jenny said she would keep in contact with us throughout the day (which she did), she called when she said she would and she was organised, professional but totally approachable and friendly. We have been lucky to have had our offer accepted and will hopefully deal with Jenny throughout!

Came down from Scotland for a gruelling week of house hunting in rural Northants, Beds and Bucks using a number of estate agents.I recognise the difficulty the COVID-19 pandemic has caused those involved with property sales and delighted to say all the agents we used were meticulous in managing viewings.I was particularly impressed with the performance of the staff at Howkins and Harrison. Very professional , knew their geographical area and were extremely helpful. Sadly for them I bought a house with another agent, no fault of theirs though. If I have to sell the house I’m buying Howkins and Harrison will receive the instruction.Particular thanks to Holly, Karen and Julian.
