GoogleMyself and my other half decided to contact Hamwic to view a flat back in late May. We were entrusted with Tom to handle the purchase, once we’d decided we wanted to put an offer in, and the process was so much simpler than we expected- especially as first time buyers! Would highly recommend Hamwic for their professionalism and would strongly advise you go nowhere else. Absolutely fantastic service.

GoogleAlways a pleasure to deal with Neil, Ray and Richard. Nothings too much trouble and will always return your call when get chance as always so busy visiting people and selling houses. If I had the power to get everybody to use Hamwic estate agents in totton I would. It's almost like the purple bricks advert about commisery. Don't make the mistake of being one of those people who gets over charged or a slow and poor service, use Hamwic every time. This review is completely my own view as a returning customer of hamwic and someone who hates seeing people lose out or pay more than necessary and get a sub standard service in comparison. Steve C.

FacebookThis is without a doubt the best Estate agent I have ever used. Neil and Daniel have been absolutely fabulous and gone above and beyond with their advice and help during the sale of my mothers bungalow. Kept constantly informed without any prompting, getting the property quickly into the market through contacts and sold without fuss. I could not have asked for a better service congratulations Hamwic.

GooglePhoned on 1st day of property being listed. Was told no viewings was being taken and no offers. This went on for 2weeks after many phone calls enquiring about the property...was always told he needed to speak with the family. How can a property be listed for sale when you can't even get a viewing.!!. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Then all of a sudden it's sold. Hmmmmm.

GoogleNot the usual estate agents (In a very GOOD way) Richard, Ray and Tina have been great from the very first point of contact. They have made the whole house purchase process painless and so very different from the general perception of estate agents. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you have done.

GoogleCalled Tuesday morning to arrange viewing on a property, told the organiser would call me so left name and number, two days later and still no call. Not sure what you pay this EA for if they don't respond to potential sales.NegativeResponsiveness
