Hamwic are the ideal local estate agents. Ray and Tina particularly have a personable yet professional approach to their work. They understand the specific needs of their clients and are proactive in helping your search. With many years of experience working in this area they intuitively understand the local market and use this to your advantage. I would not hesitate to recommend Hamwic to my family and friends.

Hamwics were very helpful during our process of selling and buying a new property. Many questions asked by myself and all met with clear and understandable answers. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were always just a phone call away. Special thanks to Richard who was especially helpful during the process. Would recommend highly.

When we purchased our first home we had an awful experience with a different estate agent and dreaded when we decided to move again. It was the polar opposite this time around! We decided to try Hamwic and Tom showed us our dream home, he was so relaxed and calm and gave us all the answers we needed to hear. Mainly dealt with Richard and Tina and they were fab! Tina kept in contact with us the whole way through, giving us regular updates nearly every other week. They made a very stressful time, incredibly calm! We were very new to buying and selling and had lots of questions, they were always happy to answer our emails and calls. Thank you for helping us find our family home! We hope you all enjoyed your biscuits!

My family and I recently bought our first house through Hamwic, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Tom handled our home purchase, and we were pleasantly surprised by how simple the process turned out to be, especially as first-time buyers! I would also like to thank Tina for her help during the process. Both her and Tom kept me up to date with how everything was going and they were always incredibly fast to reply to any questions we could have throughout the process, making it go smoothly. The first-time home-buying experience couldn’t have been better and easier than this. I would definitely highly recommend Hamwic without any doubt. Many thanks to you once again!

Ray and his team looked after us very well from the day they came and valued our house to the day we moved and after as well, they were always there to help no matter what our questions were. Tom is a little star as our first time buyer got cold feet and pulled out but he was straight on to it and had a new buyer with in a couple of hours. Thanks for that Tom 😁 we keep meaning to pop in to see you all but have been very busy lots to do and where has the time gone, only feels like yesterday that we moved thanks so much to you all. Liz and Graham.

Amazing experience with Hamwic. I had the heartbreaking job of selling my Nan's lovely cottage in Calmore that had been her home for 60+ years. Tina was outstanding not only in the sale process but with moral support too at such a difficult time for me. I would 100% recommend Hamwic to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Our experience with Hamwic was amazing and the best possible we could’ve imagined!! We dealt with a lot of agents in Totton with viewings and the initial valuation and I can honestly say no agent compare to Hamwic! Thanks to Tom, Tina, Ray and Richard x

Brilliant service throughout (especially compared with the estate agent we were selling through - Mann). Great communication throughout and to top it off, a lovely welcome hamper! Tom was great when dealing the initial sale - friendly and professional - and then the rest of the team worked tirelessly to get the sale completed through the many issues we faced our end. Highly recommended!

Mrs. Stella Robinson was mentioned in a page review, and I must admit that she is an excellent trader and the finest in her industry, as they claimed. I was blown away when she managed my account after I invested $1000 and received $12,600 just a few days later. Your money is safe with Mrs. Stella Robinson, and trust me, you have nothing to lose. Hamwic’s were super professional and quick to respond to any queries we had during our purchase of our property. Unfortunately, we had some issues with people dropping out and half our chain having to wait while a new property was found. It was extremely stressful and worrying, but Richard kept us informed the entire way and nothing was too much. We would most definitely use Hamwic’s in the future should we require their services and would recommend to family and friends.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I was advised to consult with Hamwic EA by my neighbour after he successfully sold his home after a short time. I am so happy that I made the decision to proceed with them, and am pleased to have sold my home after 5 months. From the start to finish, throughout what felt like a challenging period at the best of times, they were always there for me. They do not treat you as if you’re merely a client, but they actually listen to all your concerns and try their best to help regardless of the situation. Their communication is top notch, and their excellent knowledge of the property market means that they advise you of the best ways forward, keeping you in mind at all times. If you are looking for an estate agent who actually cares - look no further!

We instructed Hamwic to sell our property. The level of service provided from start to finish was exceptional from Ray & all the team. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process & phone calls always returned. We have in the past always used the 'bigger' local agents when selling but in no way did they provide the level of service provided by a local independent - Hamwic. If, your thinking of selling your property you wont go far wrong with instructing Hamwic !! Once again many thanks for the excellent service you provided.
