GoogleI have just had the most amazing experience with Hamwic’s estate agents in Totton. I wanted to sell my house with local agent . But I decided to try an agent with a little more flair. My house was in Freemantle .It was next to main line railway, near to pylon and small garden. But Hamwic’s overcome these difficulties/issues . So buyer was outside and I showed him around . My main admiration is with Tina . She chased the sale with such skill and knowledge of the sales process . We have just exchange . I would highly recommend this inspirational estate agency . I'm sorry you felt like this Bethanie, however i need to advise that this isn't actually based on true facts. First of all the value your seeing online was due to results during the sales process, not the original accepted offer. The successful buyer was also in a position with nothing to sell. You unfortunately had a property to sell. I have sent you an email to explain the full situation for you as some of the information should not be public, so i would suggest you read that as i do think this will help your understanding of what happened.
