About Ellis & Co Tottenham
At Ellis & Co we're proud to have been serving the Tottenham area for 25 years, offering a wide range of properties for sale and to rent in Tottenham as well as Harringay and Stamford Hill. Franchise owner Azid Sohoye has worked in the property industry in Tottenham for over two decades and is a member of both NAEA and ARLA. Along with his experienced team, Azid offers a positive and professional service to assist all clients in buying, selling and renting properties. Our success is built on specialist local knowledge, quality customer care and early adoption of new software. The office is located on West Green Road close to Seven Sisters tube station. Our main areas of business are residential sales, lettings and property management, and we have recently had heavy involvement with a number of new developments in the Tottenham area, namely Hale Village, Prowse Court and Lawrence Square. Since two years I'm renting property from Ellis and co. Estate agency. I'm very happy with the service they provide, because they work there very friendly and dedicated people to the customer. An example is Mrs. Emilia Harwood, who is always willing to help when you have a problem, and manager Kay Ali, who quickly responds to any defects, etc. Personally, I recommend using the services of this Agency.

My property is fully managed by Ellis Estate agents in the Tottenham branch as I no longer lived in the area. They take good initiative to ensure there are no tenancy gaps & all issues raised are resolved on time whilst keeping me in the loop. I haven't got to worry about the property & just get updated & receive monthly invoices.

i am so grateful to this agency. my first time in london. everything went so smoothly with finding the apartment and sorting out the contracts. everything got sorted really quickly and efficently with the minimum of fuss. when i came to leave slightly earlier than planned they sorted everything painlessly. would definately use again and WILL reccommend! 5 stars!!

This was our first time letting through an agent. We found them to be very easy to work with and we were kept informed on a daily basis of viewings/possible interest from prospective tenants. We were very picky with the type of tenants we wanted and they did their best to filter applicants as required. Would definitely recommend them.
