Based in the US, I gave John Lake the task of selling my mothers house. The house needed considerable and could have been challenging to sell. Right from the begining to completion - the team at JL approached it with enthusiasm, professionalism and a can do attitude (and sometimes a sense of humour). They gave timely advice that enabled me to make the best decisions. The marketing was great and created swift interest to quickly gather a range of good offers (from going on the market to getting offers was less than a week). They understood that my goal was to sell the house and moved the sale quickly along to ensure that the goal was met. I appreciated the timely responses especially with the time difference of 5 hours. They worked effectively with our probate solicitor and the clearance company enabling us to move quickly.
