She managed to find the perfect house for me and helped me secure the purchase at the right price for all parties. She couldn't have been more generous with her time for viewings or just talking over any concerns I might have. Eileen stepped in when we were close to exchange. She is John's dedicated member of staff for dealing with the solicitors. When my preferred exchange-date started to drift into the future, Eileen manged to get the solicitors talking and secured the completion date I wanted. 5 stars as always, John.

GoogleSuperb service. We were new to Torbay so relied heavily on the John Couch team for advice on which area to choose and house prices. They didn’t waste our time viewing unsuitable properties. Their service, from viewing to completion, was faultless. A friendly team who were even able to help with suggestions for builders etc.
We had encountered 5 other agents in Devon during our search - I would absolutely recommend John Couch as being in a different league. If ever we sell, it will be with them.
