FacebookAfter going through hell with another estate agent and landlord, this company has completely restored our faith that there are good estate agents out there that will go the extra mile! We have been having a problem with mice in our property that we rent of them and phoned them this morning to tell them that the problem wasn't gone and within a hour they had someone from p.c pest control come out to the property and he was absolutely brilliant with us! Put poison down and also lots of helpful advice! Looking forward to seeing him in a couple of days on a re visit about the mice! Gemma also came out and done an inspection on the house this week and was fabulous with us! Very polite and helpful 1000% recommend this company! Thankyou for looking after us guys :)

FacebookI highly recommend staying away from these money hungry unhelpful agents. Such poor customer service. After finding myself homeless after an electrical fire in one of their properties I was offered no help or compassion. I was given the blame despite reporting numerous faults with the property. I left the property in Feb and today I have been told i will not receive my 600 bond. Why??? Because they had to remove my burnt belongings. After the fire they refused to get an electrician to confirm that the house was safe despite the fire service advising them to do so. Forcing me to put my self at risk while emptying the property. Losing my bond because I left things behind! I paid my rent on time without fail every month. It's clear that's all they cared about !
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
