Dear Mr Davies, We have just read your review, which we feel is extremely unfair. We have an answer phone service that will pick up any excess calls during busy times. You can also contact us via email or social media. We aim to respond with fifteen minutes to all enquiries during office hours. I have checked all of our systems and cannot find a message left by you on any of these services. We would love to help you, please feel free to pop me an email with your contact details and I will ensure that you are called back in a timely fashion. Regards Steve Sage

We are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience. The contractor responsible for the garden works is not employed by Sage & Co, and the timing of his works was therefore outside of our control. We hope you will recognise that the Landlord has taken a number of steps to assist you and to resolve matters amicably, despite the contractor not being employed by Sage & Co and the timing of his works being outside of our control.

GoogleWe used Sage and Co Cwmbran when we returned to the UK. They handled our tenancy agreement on a lovely house in Parc Panteg. Nothing was too much trouble great communication highly recommended. We have now returned to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
