I’ve had a lovely and pleasant experience with Megan during the process off letting a new property for myself and my family, straight from requesting to view a property all the way to signing and then moving into the property. Megan has been super prompt with responses and checking details with the landlord. Very pleasant, welcoming, and amazing experience, we had one little hiccup along the way which was very quickly resolved. Other staff members were super pleasant when collecting the property keys as well. Highly recommend Sage & Co. Thank you again to Megan and the Team.

Right from the start of our Sale James, Mel, Nicola and the rest of the team were very professional and offer a friendly service. If we had any questions they were ready and willing to answer and help in anyway they could, even when our moving day was a bit of a disaster (down to the removals company we used) Mel was there to steady the ship between us and our buyers. Where do I start? At first, I thought emailing the solicitors directly and bypassing the estate agents was the smart move… but after weeks of slow progress and growing frustration, I decided to try the other option and called Sage, and that turned out to be a total game changer. Nicole has been absolutely brilliant. She gets answers, cuts through the noise, and genuinely understands how overwhelming the moving process can be. Moving house is stressful enough, but Nicole always returned my calls, kept me calm, and chased the solicitors when needed to keep things on track. Her communication is clear, direct, and exactly what you need during a time like this. We had an online portal with our solicitors, but it was often inaccurate. Honestly, the only portal you really need is Nicole. I can’t recommend Sage highly enough. I’m not planning to move again anytime soon, but if I ever do, I’d sell and buy through them again without hesitation. Big shoutout to James as well, he was professional, friendly, and got our house on the market quickly when we’d already fallen in love with our new home and needed to act fast. He arranged plenty of viewings and kept us updated with great feedback throughout. From that point on, most of our contact was with Nicole, and we couldn’t have asked for better support. A huge heartfelt thank you from both Maldwyn and Annie, this whole journey has meant so much to us, and your support truly made a difference. We're so grateful.

These are the best estate agents we have come across, even though they weren’t working for us (they were our sellers estate agents) they always kept us informed and were able to give us information that we couldn’t get from our own estate agents!
