GoogleAbsolutely amazing estate agent and would thoroughly recommend. We had a significantly tough house selling process and they were so supportive throughout, acting professionally and efficiently. We worked closely with James, Nicola & Mel who are each assets to the team in their own right, but I am sure the rest of the team are equally as good. I cannot sing their praises enough and would recommend them to anybody without hesitation.

GoogleCannot recommend it highly enough. A previous agency came to value my property and seemed to undervalue considerably for the current market. When I dealt with Steve from Sage & Co, he immediately saw the potential and value of my property and took a personal interest. From that point onwards, it was a fantastic and smooth process with Sage & Co. I only wish Solicitors worked as efficiently! But Sage & Co were happy to chase the Solicitors on my behalf! The office workers, namely Nicola and Clare whom I had dealings with on numerous occasions could not have done any more for me. In a word... "Outstanding' and will most certainly be using them again for the upcoming sale of my brother's property.

GoogleAn excellent service provided throughout and all during these difficult times of the covid-19 pandemic. From the initial telephone conversation with Steve, to the valuation, the marketing and all the help and support from Nicola and the team. Sold within two weeks but the pandemic has meant everything took longer than usual to complete. Nicola was splendid, nothing was too much trouble and she made me feel like I was the only customer who mattered when I know she was dealing with many other people. Thank you so much to all the team.

GoogleSteve didnt promise us the highest valuation out of the agents we spoke to but offered a realistic valuation and an excellent service. They never over promised but definitely over delivered, selling our house for £10,000 more than we had expected in less than a day. They didn’t rush us into taking the first offer and booked viewings around our busy lives under challenging circumstances of COVID-19. To top it off, they lined us up with our dream home and supported us through the ups and downs of buying during covid and we couldn’t be happier. From Steve down they are a great bunch; Friendly, professional and importantly they are realistic & honest with their advice and feedback. Nicola, James and Dianne in Cwmbran all massively helpful. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for a personal, professional and now pressure service in buying, selling or renting.
