Such a fantastic estate agents. Steven in particular was so helpful and communicative all the way through from offer to exchange! We had a tricky time through the coronavirus crisis as many have and they were brilliant at reassuring us and helping us plan. They always kept in contact with solicitors and were great for pushing things on. I honestly cannot say enough good about Steven and the other staff. The staff at I Move are really professional, hard working and really friendly. We had a hard time with trying to sell the property after two failed attempts and yet the staff all worked really hard to keep the chain and sale going through for the third time. They never gave up, never let up on marketing, advertising or contact and were really professional and helpful all of the way. I couldn't rate imove enough. They were absolutely brilliant throughout our sale and Steve always went the extra mile. He kept in touch and was always happy to answer any queries we had. Megan who took the pictures and measurements of the house was brilliant and they sold our house in about 15 hours of it going on the market! They were also a fixed rate so you know exactly what you are paying. I absolutely recommend this estate agent if you're thinking about selling your house.
