I was constantly kept up to date with progress and it didn’t seem to matter what time of day it was, as they always responded to queries promptly. Absolute disaster. Vastly "overvaled" my property so that i would appoint them. Two years later, the property is still unsold, despite a 33% reduction in asking price and not one serious offer received.

Mail shot sent via post from the office in Torquay. Absolutely out of order and disgraceful marketing ploy. It makes out that my property has had failed marketing and they can help me find a "suitable buyer for my property", and talks about "refreshing your marketing" and "how we can relaunch your property". How strange as the last time this property was on the market was years ago when I bought it! I rang th e office and gave them my thoughts on the matter. What a pathetic intrusive sales ploy and a waste of tree resources. If I was selling, I know one local estate agents I will not be using.
