Nathan, Emily, Amelia and George (of course everyone else) have been nothing but fantastic, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable! Highly recommend if you’re selling or purchasing! Butt Estates had plenty of viewings lined up, we had an offer within weeks and they enabled the sale to go very smoothly. All the staff we dealt with were enthusiastic, professional and helpful so we couldn’t ask for more really. Overall very impressed!

GoogleWe bought a new property through Butt Estates. Nathan and Tia are very professional and responsive. They tried to schedule our viewing right away. We worked with other agents for both selling and buying, and they all nearly stopped communicating with us after the offer is accepted. Nathan and Tia worked along side with us until the keys are handed over. They provided us the progress updates and helped us to chase the solicitors.
