GoogleWe had the best experience with Butt Estate agents. The quickest response we had from any kind of service field in the uk. We got instant response for any kind of query we had. We were mainly assisted by Amelia but we had a group chat on WhatsApp with us and few agents from the team, so for any question raised, someone would pickup and answer. They were transparent with any information we needed and gave really good advices. Anyone who had been through sales would know how stressful the process can be, pressure on top was the increase of stamp duty fees in April. The whole process went smoothly on Butt’s side. Highly recommend the team.

GoogleOriginal process of completing and putting in offer on a house they advertised was very easy and they were helpful. After this we did have difficulty with the seller not their fault but the lack of communication from the through the whole process after offer completion is horrendous we didn’t hear anything for over a month. We then asked for more communication as we had time limits and still nothing, even if there was no change it takes no time at all to drop a email to say no further forward or just checking to let us know. Just before pulling out as time limits and lack of communication, my partner called and just wanted to check nothing has changed and they were very rude and condescending and made us feel stupid for contacting them. It made us really feel unwanted and they didn’t want our business. Working in retail myself I really don’t think we asked for much a email once in a while would be nice.
Dear Greg and Yasmin, I am sorry to read your review, following your withdrawal on the property you have been purchasing through us. When you initially viewed the property, you met with the vendor who explained her position and that she had not yet found a property to purchase. You were updated the moment the offer had been accepted and have been kept up to date throughout the transaction. Whilst I appreciate your time constraints, it is unfortunately out of our control that the vendor had to withdraw from the property they were due to purchase and you were notified of this immediately. I understand that since withdrawing from the property this afternoon that you have already had an offer accepted on another property, so we wish you all the very best for the future All the best, Butt Estates

GoogleFrom the first time Nath came over to see the house I knew he was the man for the job. Very professional, smart and extremely knowledgeable. He put me and my partner at ease with his plans for our sale and delivered above and beyond with the price he managed to get for us. Always at the end of the phone and made the whole experience hassle free. Would highly recommend Nath and Butt Estates.

GoogleWe bought a house through Butt Estates and from the outset we were impressed by our contact from our first viewing and through the process of getting our offer accepted. WhilstButt Estates were acting for the vendor we felt well supported through the anxious time it took for our offer to be accepted. The sale of our own property was not straight forward and fell through on 3 occasions resulting in difficult conversations. However Butt Estates were at all times very professional as well as empathetic to our situation and we have been able to exchange contracts and agree a completion date after many stressful weeks.

You often hear horror stories of long winded house purchases with selfish actors throughout, well our experience with Tia and Butt Estates could not be further from that!
