Their communication was impeccable; they kept us informed at every step, responding to our questions and concerns promptly and thoroughly. We never felt out of the loop. The process of arranging viewings, handling paperwork and with solicitors was seamless, and their attention to detail ensured that every part of the transaction was handled with precision. Jim from Pointers Financial was recommended to us by Butt Estates who managed to find the best mortgage deal. This in turn allowed us to complete our buy within two months! They did not shy away from having difficult conversations and they were honest, giving accurate information at all times. GoogleCan't recommend Butt Estates enough. Estate agents are obviously working for the seller, but as buyers, they couldn't have done any more for us. Nathan is incredibly responsive, and always on the ball. Emily was fantastic with sorting out our mortgage, and also helped out with chasing our solicitors where needed. Both of them are extremely down to earth and pleasant to talk to.
If anyone is looking to sell their property, you should only be considering Butt Estates!
