Having successfully sold one property with Wards in 2016 - with an offer in a matter of weeks - I decided to market another with them in October 2019. The whole process, from assessing the value to taking the photos and launching it onto the market, took only a couple of weeks. My flat went live on the Tuesday and I had an offer on the Friday! I couldn't be more grateful for the hassle-free and professional way the whole sale was conducted, with someone keeping me informed of the progress at every stage. Awful agency, they don't want to work above the bare minimum. When my purchase was at risk and I needed help, the agent didn't want to do anything and forwarded me to a "sales progressor" who had their phone on constant auto-answer and never called back. The sale fell through after months of preparation.

I can't recommend Wards Estate Agents highly enough, their service is very professional and efficient! As a couple, we were lucky to meet Amy, who was very professional and helped us rent our desired accommodation quickly. We had a lot of paperwork to do, Amy patiently helped us complete the required materials and answered many of our questions in detail. The other staffs I've come in contact with are very friendly and professional as well. They definitely will be my first choice in the future for any property-related trading!

Found a house to rent managed by Wards Tonbridge. We was only informed that the rental will be managed directly by the landlord AFTER we signed the contract and got the keys from Wards... Rarely seen such dishonesty! Obviously if we wanted to go through a rental agency that was to avoid abusive landlord. As you may have guessed, the rental went wrong... Thanks to Wards, greedily hiding "details" to rent a house!
