GoogleWe have rented property out in Tiverton for nearly 20 years, initially with Watts & Sons who were excellent, but after they were taken over by Diamond we had nothing but problems - too many to list here. Moving to Winkworth has been a blessing, Candiss and Ellie in lettings are a delight, very capable and simply easy to work with. Oliver in sales is also very helpful. I would strongly recommend choosing them for lettings management at least.

GoogleMy property was on the market with a rival Agent for a period or 18 weeks. I switched to Winkworth and opted for Professional Photographs.The difference between these and those taken by the previous agent on a camera phone, were amazing. We have an immediate upsurge in the level of interest and the property sold for the full asking price in less than 3 weeks. I became disheartened with the previous agent and were sceptical or instructing a agent who was new to the area. However, Winkworths were a pleasure to deal with, polite, courteous and very professional. GoogleI have been using Winkworth for some 12 years in letting, and to sell a property last year. They make everything run smoothly and nothing is too much trouble. I have just used the Tiverton office to let a property in Taunton, and Candice, as always is always on hand with plenty of sound advice and help. Credit on this occasion though, goes to young Ellie. She has worked really hard on show casing the house, and arranged a viewing on Monday which resulted in the property being let the following Saturday......now how is that for an impressive turnaround! Ellie has put a lot of effort in to this, and with her constant smile, cheery telephone manner, and professional approach, I am sure she has a promising career ahead of her. Both Candice and Ellie, are always on hand, and on entering the office there is always a warm welcome, and on the phone a cheerful greeting. The contract was drawn up super quick, and with all round efficiency throughout, and excellent communication. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Winkworth for both sales and lettings. GoogleI would highly recommend this estate agent. It was our first time letting and they have made it a really easy process. I popped in by chance when walking through town and they were so friendly and helpful. They listened to what we needed and had numerous properties which would have suited. The arranging of house viewings was really easy and they went out of their way to accommodate for our preferences on timing ect… when viewing the property Candiss (lettings manager) was really warm, welcoming and informative which made us feel really comfortable to properly explore the property. Winkworth have further answered any queries or questions via phone or email really quickly.

GoogleI had had my Dulverton property on the market for some time with a local agent, the one I had bought it through a few years earlier, so it seemed natural to use their services again. After many months and a frustrating series of aborted sales - maybe not any fault of that local agent - I was contacted by Matthew Ewings who had recently opened the Tiverton office. Matthews sales offer included professional photos and a new colour brochure, neither of which had been offered by the previous agent. Within just a couple of weeks I received 3 very strong offers. This could have been a matter of luck, but 3 offers in less than 3 weeks was more than I had had viewings with the previous agents.
