Candiss and the team have been extremely helpful and efficient, if we needed any repairs doing they were handled very professionally and quickly. Recently been in contact with Ellie at Tiverton Winkworth. It has been the most pleasurable experience I have had with an estate agent to date! On our viewing day we ran into an emergency and she was extremely kind and caring. She rearranged the viewing for the same day and worked extremely hard to ensure we still got to see the house. Since our application she has always been on hand to answer any and all of my questions without fail! Our application and referencing process has got like a dream. Referencing came back within 30mins. Would 100% recommend Tiverton Winkworth to anyone.

I recently put my house up to rent with Winkworth after having both them, and in particular, Candiss, recommended by a friend. Candiss was open, informative, and really personable. After she visited the house and explained the process (i am a first time landlord) i felt i could relax and trust. Candiss made all easy to understand. Lovely tenants found, great service. I dealt with Candiss Burnell throughout the viewing and securing of this tenancy. She was vey helpful, had great initiative and a fine sense of humour. She assisted me in navigating the various formalities, even though I was abroad at the time. She went above and beyond the call of duty to get me into the house I really wanted. This is the first time I have dealt with Winkworth who took over from our previous agents and we have always dealt with their agent Candiss. I really can't recommend Candiss and Winkworth enough, they have been absolutely amazing and truly supportive every step of the way especially during the transition of agents. I've dealt with Estate Agents from all over the country, and they range from useless, to just OK, to competent, to pretty good.
