GoogleMyself and partner have just began letting with Winkworth this week. From start to finish we’ve had calm and brilliant communication from the team, especially Candiss. Each step of the process from viewing to referencing has been made to feel smooth and it’s given us a stress-free moving process which has meant we’ve been able to enjoy the moving experience! Highly recommend!

GoogleWinkworth has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, our initial meeting with Candice was amazing and she made us feel like we were the most important people in the world and completely reassured us and I felt very confident we were dealing with a professional estate agent. Ellie Hirschfield carried out all other correspondence and she was one of the nicest and easiest people to deal with, everything was no trouble for her at all. GoogleWe have been very glad to have our local branch of Winkworth manage the marketing, other logistics and practicalities of selling our house in Tiverton this year. In a difficult financial climate, we encountered nothing but constructive assistance throughout the process. The whole agency was supportive but in particular we have to thank Ellie Hirschfield for being our primary port of call. Hard-working, cheerful and positive both face-to-face and in all communications, we very much relied on her while we were several hundred miles away, and she went above and beyond to help us over the finishing-line. Always a good listener, she proved extremely reliable, able and astute. Still young, she clearly has a very positive future ahead, and if ever you need a personable, tactful, pragmatic and dependable estate-agent, may we recommend Ellie.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of dealing with Ollie and Ellie at Winkworth Tiverton in the search of a property in the area. From the moment I contacted Ollie regarding a property that interested me he was organised, efficient and prompt in his dealings. After viewing a property he went out of his way to ensure we had every assistance possible and his communication continued throughout. Following an offer being accepted, Ellie was also extremely efficient and organised. Both members are professional and proactive. They are also incredibly nice people who are keen to make the whole process as smooth as possible.

A special thank you goes to Ellie if it wasn't for her making tons of phone calls chasing up different parties throughout the process I don't think we'd have moved yet! GoogleWhen searching for a property to rent in the mid Devon area during lockdown it was very difficult to find properties let alone get a viewing . Coming across Winkworths in Tiverton was a godsend . Totally professional in every sense of the word . We were living over 100 miles away but that didn’t matter when it came to the formalities . Very efficient with admin . We have had such a positive experience with Winkworths any issues have been dealt with swiftly . I would highly recommend Winkworths in Tiverton . GoogleMatthew and his team at Tiverton are professional, knowledgable, courteous and polite. The experience of selling my house with them couldn’t have gone better. I am in no doubt that I made the correct decision to choose Winkworth. I was guided through the process at each stage and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept me informed immediately of any update and within a week of my property going on the market they had secured several viewings and offers. With their help I was able to realise a sale for considerably more than the full asking price. They then continued to liaise with myself and my solicitors until we exchanged contracts and completed on the house. Matthew even stepped in to liaise with the buyer’s solicitors when required to help clarify a situation. Exactly the person you need by your side when going through the stressful process of buying a house. I have moved house many times, and can honestly say, Winkworth in Tiverton, especially Ellie & Candyce, are the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. GoogleRecently we invited four letting companies over to meet them, get quotes etc as we were renting out our family home, and Candiss was the first booked in. She was punctual, professional, friendly and the amount she thought we could rent our property out, was bang on where it needed to be. The next company to bid for the business said they could get us more per month, but I just didnt get the same rapport as I did, when speaking to Candiss, and their fees were a lot more expensive. My partner and I felt so comfortable and happy with our dealings with Candiss and Ellie that we decided to scrap the other two Companies and went with Winkworth. We were working on a very quick turnaround time and the whole experience was completed in record time, with a lovely couple moving in, in a couple of weeks. If you are thinking of renting your property out, then I can thoroughly recommend Candiss, she’s awesome. Quent Brown.

GoogleI used winkworth recently and I couldn’t be more grateful for the help I received from their team. I was in desperate need to find somewhere to live fast and they were more than happy to help. After 2-3 weeks I was able to move into a new place. Candiss was especially very helpful - took all the stress away from everything and made me feel at ease about the whole process. GoogleCandice the lettings manager was brilliant Professional and knowledgeable and talked us through the property, giving us complete and at the same time, insight to the local areas. Explained the letting process and requirements there and then. Once we offered she kept us up to date at all times and even answered some emails on her day off.
