The worst experience ever! We had the agent come to value our property and was told he would do the viewings and would advise better photos to help sell the property which we agreed to. The first viewing was done by a totally unprofessional person.. her first words to the client were, I was wondering where the parking was? Who says that to someone you are supposedly trying to sell the house to. She then said well I’ve not been here before. The office is just 5 minutes from the property surely you would get there 5 minutes earlier and see what you are trying to sell and have the facts that it’s a town house and doesn’t have parking but you can get residential permits. I wish I had left then as things didn’t get better. No one answers the phone, I had to do a viewing myself as they didn’t have enough staff which meant driving two hours there and back as we don’t live there. Then the person who said would do the viewings left the company! Obviously knew he wouldn’t be able to do the viewings as we were told. We have now instructed a professional company and left GTH but now being hounded to pay for photos we were told to get despite the extremely poor service giving us no option but to leave. Definitely would not recommend the Taunton office.

GoogleAt the end of last week I realised I required a surveyor, after asking Google I saw that GTH had this service, not where I had thought of looking. By ringing the Tiverton office an appointment was swiftly made, and by the following Monday a meeting at my property completed . The whole experience was stress less and dealt with caringly. The whole team were polite, prompt and professional in a friendly manner, I would recommend them without hesitation, and when I need an estate agent they will most defiantly my first choice. I would give 0 stars if I could, Absolutely abysmal maintenance company, Came home after doing a 12hr night shift to find a drainage company digging a hole to put in a drainage tank. Not a letter, email or phone call to inform us this was happening. yet they expect you to do everything they ask for. If your landlord goes over to them then just move out, it would be the easier option.
