GoogleI would highly recommend GTH - mainly the rental side but we have had contact with sales and we don’t have a bad word to say. Chloe Russell, the lettings manager has been absolutely amazing with us. We were renting for the first time so was unsure about the process and unfortunately our contract ended due to the owner wanting to sell. Chloe couldn’t be more helpful throughout the process, helped us to find another rental property and the communication had been fantastic. She has still kept in contact now regarding parcels etc and she has just been soo good. Couldn’t recommend GTH enough!!

GTH - Can highly recommend their services. Found them to be nothing but professional, polite and well mannered and they provided good honest answers when needed. If you are looking for an Estate Agent in Ivybridge I strongly recommend Mr Jon Curtis-Hawker, and his team, at this branch of GTH. Not only did he find a buyer for my parents house almost immediately but because of all the sad circumstances involved for me personally and bearing in mind that I lived hundreds of miles away he went above and beyond in taking care to make sure the house was looked after as it was empty and that the sale proceeded smoothly.

I honestly don’t know who uses GTH or why! Tried 3 times now over several months to book a valuation with them. Their online booking form for this is beyond pointless as they never have what they state available! Can’t even get them to value your property how are they going to get people to view it! Truly ridiculous.

There are some changes being implemented, however, we do receive multiple valuation forms each day and state on the form, and subsequent email to clients, that the time/date is a preference only and that our agents will confirm a mutually convenient time.
