Awful communication with James in the Chard Office.He was not interested at all. It took us 10 days of chasing (and a nudge from his secretary) to finally get a reply after putting in an offer. I would not recommend after my experience.

GoogleNo replies to our emails requesting information on a property from Tony Overhill or even the office in Tiverton, not even an acknowledgement! Not a good start GTH! So no stars at all would be my choice but it seems I have to give one for them just existing. So many buyers you can't be bothered no doubt - not very professional.

GoogleExcellent service, the only agent in Tiverton that actually followed up after visiting our property. So glad we went with GTH even though their commission was marginally higher than others they sold our property for more than we were expecting and within 2 weeks. We always received prompt feedback following viewings and would 100% use them again.

Discrimination against disabled clients. Not entitled to cheapest accomodation on the market because I don't earn over 21k. Fobbed off to the council who won't help either.

GoogleI had to chase them 3 times to see how an offer was progressing, this was due to them not calling back as promised. If I hadn't had called them I would probably still be waiting. Maybe houses just sell themselves?
