Re iterating on the review to avoid these at all costs. These are Un professional and do not want to communicate. I put in an offer on a property 3 days it took for me to eventually get an answer when I told them to cancel the valuation on my own property. They then told me they would do everything they could to sell my property to secure the new property. They decided to communicate the property I was interested in purchasing had been sold by contacting one of my family members and did not ring me directly. They even told me I had to increase my offer to the asking price which I did and then told me the property had sold over the asking price. Muppet show!

GoogleWould NOT recommend, family have had very bad experience with Skitts since moving in years ago! Asked relatives to delete reviews because it upset staff! Maybe if staff did a better job it wouldn’t be said! Hold back on doing many jobs, even ones which include safety! Family had to live with a broken back door for weeks and is currently without the only toilet in the house with two little girls! IN A GLOBAL PANDEMIC... Anyone who works for Skitts should be ashamed if they know what family I’m talking about in this review as you obviously are not doing a good enough job! If you value your tenants even just a little please avoid Skitts, they only want what’s best for them and their pockets. No doubt my family will be contact to ask to remove the post or they will probably just delete it as it’s a negative response and that makes them look ‘bad’... They are!NegativeProfessionalism
This is a malicious review from the mother of one of our tenants. We have hundreds of pages of paperwork relating to this property and can prove beyond any doubt that we have endeavored on all occasions during the eight years they have occupied the house to get every repair completed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, our landlord isn't always as responsive as we would like but there has been no lack of effort on our part. With regard to the toilet situation which prompted this review, we had actually arranged for a plumber to visit the property but the husband cancelled the appointment! Then his wife rang back two days later complaining that nothing had been done and verbally abused the very member of staff who had bent over backwards to help them in the first place, reducing her to tears before posting a nasty message on Facebook. We rest our case.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting service. Have been awaiting for a set of keys for a viewing on a newly listed Detached property in Gospel Oak Road Tipton, since the first week of January 2020. Received a call and had an appointment booked for a viewing but they cancelled 2 days beforehand telling me they have sold it. Booking appointments and not giving the public a chance, what sort of agent does that? Clearly one who receives backhanders/ cash under the table! I hope the seller reads this!
The keys to this property were with another agent who needed to undertake a vacate inspection inspection before we could begin viewings. You were made aware of this and we gave you first option to view the property once keys were in our possession. Unfortunately and despite giving you several options you were unable to attend any of the viewing slots offered. Consequently by the time you were able to view we had received several other offers.

Trying to get any information regarding land thats for sale is nigh on impossible. Whats it actually mean that there 3rd party, surely they know who is the seller, sellers agent or the auctioneers that are dealing with it. The staff are most unhelpful and can’t get you off the phone quick enough.

If their was a 0 review I would give a minus review just like the weather today their customer service is absolutely diabolical. Me and the wife went for a mortgage in principle as we are looking for a house and a decision should have been given to us within 48 hours but its been 2 weeks and we've called many times and we've just been led down a rabbit hole . The mortgage advisor is Claire brown and she don't even phone u back nor does she even email u back what a rubbish company , stay away frome skirts like the plague .

Ive been renting a property since for a few years now and disgusted with the water facilities a house that is 30 years of age with an immersion heater an electric shower should be banned, it should be a combi boiler with a mixertap shower the owner needs to learn respect for his cleanliness clearly he has none

As you can appreciate we are extremely busy at the moment and whilst this is no excuse, you did indicate that you weren’t looking to sell your property immediately and we therefore offered a drive-by valuation. Clare did go to the property but then coincidentally a lady who lives in the same road also rang us and there was some confusion. She genuinely believed she had dealt with you.
