GoogleWe had a great experience with Brad and Jo for the sale of our house. It was an extremely lengthy process (17 months!) and they not only kept us updated, but our Buyer too to which we are so grateful, as I think anyone else would pull out of a sale that took 17 months to complete. Brad and Jo are a testament to Skitts and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks both for your amazing service.
Brad and Jo will be delighted to see your review and we are pleased that your move went as planned. Thank you! - 'Skitts Estate Agents'

GoogleI sold my house with Skitts and they are truly amazing. Brad and Lewis are absolute gems and so so pleasant. They’re personalities are so warming, honestly when they pick up the phone, it was comforting lol. They put up with my constant calls. Jo was lovely and kept me up to date throughout. My house sale journey wasn’t easy due to the housing climate at the moment but we made it. They’re are an outstanding team.

GoogleContrary to some of the lower star reviews, these guys literally cannot do enough to help when buying and selling a house. I have bought and sold with these a couple of times now and they are fantastic to deal with. As a seller once our valuation was met we were happy to proceed with the sale, the first one fell through and immediately the team at Great Bridge had more viewings and was sold before the end of the same day! Excellent communications from all, especially Josh, keeping us up to date on how things were progressing. Very professional from start to finish and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thanks to all involved!

GoogleWe recently purchased a house which was sold through Skitts. It wasn't the most of straight forward purchases for reasons outside of theirs (or our) control. However throughout the long drawn out process we were kept fully informed by both Sylwia and Jo who ensured that everyone was kept up to date on progress. They chased all parties to conclude actions in a very sympathetic and professional manner and kept their cool at all times despite all the emotion that house moving brings. This isn't the first time that we have used Skitts - i actually used them just over 15 years ago to sell our previous house and they were brilliant then. A definite recommend to anyone thinking of looking for a great agent. Thank you again to Sylwia for all her help and support.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe had great experience using Skitts in Great Bridge. Sylvia helped us on the intial offer stage and once the offer was accepted Jo helped us right until we got the keys for the property. The communication from the team was excellent. Jo was in great communication and pushed all parties including the solicitors to close the purchase of the property early. We did at the end manage to complete the purchase within 2 months of the offer being accepted. We would like to thank the entire team at Skitts in Great Bridge for their help.
