I cannot give enough thanks for the team at great bridge estate agents. With what was not a straightforward sale, no fault of skitts in any way I might add. This team are amazing Claire at first point of sale very professional and knowledgeable thank you. I must give a special thank you to Brad and Jo who I had most contact with especially jo who was amazing she work so hard for you, chased everyone solicitors buyers estate agents ect in what was not a straightforward sale.She never once failed to reply to any calls if she said she would call you back she did. Absolutely brilliant staff thank you so much for all your hard work. Whatever skitts pay jo its not enough give her a pay rise or a promotion amazing.

Well the only thing that can be said is - amazing! Claire was so professional and helpful with such a difficult sale and purchase, that we thought may not go ahead at one point. (Due to delays from buyers) She kept the communication flowing in such a positive way between buyers, solicitors and purchasing estate agents, which saved the day. Even other professionals involved stated how brilliant Claire had been, which is testament to her in itself. Thank you does not seem enough, we are so very grateful and would recommend Skitts to anyone needing their services.

Chantelle is terrible

I would leave a 0 star review but I have to 1 as a minimum. Chantelle is terrible, we had a viewing and she was 30 minutes late, she has no respect for anyone else’s time nor does she have any punctuality skills. If any property fails to find a buyer then it’s because of her as she does not do a good job in trying to sell the house. She should not be allowed to give any viewings and wastes all of our time.

Very unprofessional staff. Let was agreed and then i asked the lady if i can change filthy carpets at my own cost 100%, without going back to landlord she said no immediately due to laziness just to get on with the let. For info.. it seemed as though the carpets were more than 40 years old and urinated on. Which landlord wouldnt like the privelege of getting filthy carpets replaced by a tenant with brand new ones? Completely idiotic.. im sure the landlord would have said yes, but this poor excuse of a letting agent didnt want to bother with making a simple phone call.

Honestly could not recommend SKITTS Great Bridge enough! Very pleased with the performance of Skitts Great Bridge in selling our house of 32 years. We would definitely recommend Skitts Great Bridge The photos of our property were excellent and I am sure they contributed in selling our house within 6 weeks. We were kept informed promptly of any issues. Moving house these days seems even more fraught and stressful.
