GoogleBooked a valuation with Skitts in Great Bridge. Very courteous reply when I spoke with the branch and they fitted my appointment very conveniently to suit. Brad came out and not only was he polite and professional but he listened and answered any questions I had as well as gave valuable advice. GoogleSkitts made it very easy for myself and my partner to sell our properties. During the sale of my property, they kept me updated weekly with what was happening which was really good. It was a long process to sell my house but the ladies and gents and skitts were very patient and understanding and would definitely recommend them!

Googlei do not know who picks put the phones at this office for letting but the lady is rude. Called a week ago about a house she said she would send me an email and wouldn’t mention that it can go to junk…i waited and called and no response! To call again today and find out the dream house is gone! Very disappointed! She then also had the nerve to hang up on me without saying goodbye! No Customer Service Skills whatsoever. DO NOT RECOMMEND
We received over 100 enquiries for this particular property and our property tour successfully made the journey by email to those applicants. I understand you spoke to one of our team who suggested you try your spam folder and you confirmed it had arrived. The staff member did not cut you off, she thought that the call had been ended by yourself. GoogleWe used to skitts for selling our house, and we are glad we did. Moving house is stressful enough so we wanted someone who could help us through the process and make it stress-free as possible. Jo definitely did that, we had excellent communication all the way through, and Jo followed up every single point promptly. She made sure she liased with all parties which made the sale as smooth as possible. This also took pressure of us. We found that having a reliable lead point of contact avoided unnecessary calling round and muddled information. Jo was able to call buyers, solicitors etc. Absolutely worth every penny of the fee. I without a doubt recommend for any service.

GoogleFollowing a recommendation from a family member, I decided to use Skitts to sell my property and I was not disappointed!!! From the initial marketing of the property, right up to the sale, the quality of customer service was exemplary. Just before we were due to exchange contracts, there were some 'blips', but the Skitts team stepped in and worked tirelessly to resolve all of the issues. As a result, we exchanged as planned and in total, the process of selling my house was completed in 10 weeks! I would not hesitate to recommend Skitts because they were always at hand to help and I will not forget this, it means a lot. In particular, I would like to mention Brad, he was the 'calm in the storm' and managed any situations wonderfully. Many thanks to the whole team, including Mani (mortgage advisor). Wayne
