But Nicky and Keanu were brilliant and basically sold the house twice over whilst keeping us fully informed and giving us options to consider. We could have gone for a cheaper estate agents but Nicky and Keanu were well worth the money. Thanks guys

After struggling to find a suitable property for a few months until i met Paige at Paul Dubberley. I told her what i was looking for and my price range and she magically found me the perfect property in the area i wanted within an hour of meeting her. Since moving in to my new place i had a minor issue with the heating and told Paige about this..Agagin within the hour an engineer was with me and had resolved the issue. Cancelled mortgage appointment without letting me know

Had a mortgage appointment today at the Great Bridge branch. The person my appointment was with was not at work and there were no other staff available to take the appointment. They were going to call a member of staff at the Wednesbury branch to see if she could cover my appointment but she had just gone into an appointment herself so could have been another 30+ minutes and still not been available. They said someone had left a voicemail 3 times during the week to cancel my appointment, but I haven’t had any calls or voicemails so they have lied to me, and they sent me a text yesterday to confirm my appointment. What a waste of time.

Well I have to say is that I am beyond impressed with the team at great bridge in particular Jaydon on sales. I put my house up for sale with him and after a very smooth and interesting 1st meeting with him he understood that I needed my hand held throughout this sale and this is what he has done. Not only has he secured a sale for me he has kept me informed at every stage he has made me feel at ease and i would highly recommend him and the Great Bridge branch to handle every sales and lettings. he was professional, understanding and informative. I am a single parent who works full time so taking time off or doing viewings would have been a problem but there was non he has shown that house selling is easy and less stressful than i could ever have imagined.
