Wednesbury branch 😭😭🤮🤮🤮🤮 don’t bother. They are a complete waste of time. Unprofessional liars. They invited me for a viewing I went there viewed the house and I made an offer they disappeared. I feel sorry for people counting on them to sell their properties because they are stuck with a bunch of of unprofessional people. I am not sure how they benefit from wasting peoples time honestly. If you don’t accept their mortgage advisor to offer you her services they will not accept you offer to the property how petty and unprofessional

Kevin Thompson at the Bilston branch is absolutely fantastic. He has advised me fully of my options throughout the process and made sure I understood each option. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the mortgage process. He is friendly, helpful and thorough with his advice. He kept me up to date throughout the process and made remortgaging a breeze for me. I don't think I would have been able to renew my mortgage so easily without him. Not a good experience. Was looking to rent a property. Explained from the first instance and even wrote on the application form that I was a part-time student and my income is made up of student finance, grants and wages from a part-time job combined. Before sending my holding deposit I asked if student finance was an accepted source of income, to which Isabelle responded “ we’ll have to see what happens during referencing.” During referencing it came back that Student Finance is not an acceptable source of income and I did not get my deposit back. They then tried to put the blame on me saying that I did not disclose that I received student finance, despite me asking if it was an acceptable source of income beforehand as-well as me writing it on my application form and having numerous conversations over the phone with Isabelle about this. Complete waste of time and money.

We have just bought our first property with Paul Dubberley & we can’t fault the team at all! Nicky is amazing! So lovely, helpful & down to earth! We had a few delays along the way.. through no fault of Paul Dubberley but Nicky always kept us aware of the situation & we always knew what was going on - she always tried her hardest to get things completed as quickly as they needed to be and pushed people who needed to be!🤣 She always returned phone calls & emails.. even when sometimes there was nothing to report but so we were aware of what was going on. We had consistent communication between ourselves, the seller & solicitors. When Nicky was away, we had regular communication with other team members and they were also very helpful. We can’t thank you enough! 😊

Please people stay away from these if…

Please people stay away from these if you don’t have there mortgage you won’t get what you bidded on. I had a offer excepted on a flat (as a investment) I agreed to speak to the mortgage advisor in Wednesbury Paul Dubberly because she couldn’t get the mortgage I got fed up of waiting I decided to go to a independent mortgage advisor. I phoned up PD and told them I was going to use my own mortgage advisor so to tell Laura BrownI no longer wanted her to sort it. In 5 working days my new mortgage bloke got me a good deal but because I didn’t use Laura from PD they sold it to someone else and didn’t even give me a courtesy call to tell me. Just because PD have incompetent staff I have lost out on a good investment and had to pay the new advisor for a mortgage I no longer need. They am disgraceful. Oh and plus they even dropped the price of the flat it’s really bad management. Both staff at Wednesbury branch and Nicola at Great Bridge branch are a total waste of your time and there wage.

I would have gave this place a 0 star!! I approached the rental department to find me tenants for my property. I trusted this company as this is what they are professionals in. This agent miserably failed to do the proper checks on the tenants. The tenants they approved stopped paying the rent after 2 months of moving in.The tenants this company approved have NO respect for my property. Ive had to take the tenants to court for possession of property, which has cost me thousands. I’ve had sleepless nights, anxiety and bought on a lot of stress. DO NOT use this agents!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

As a first time buyer, the information and support provided around options and the process at each stage helped me understand clearly. Any questions were answered well and everything seemed to be completed promptly. The only negative was in my decision process around using in house services. I only used the in house solicitors, but would have continued with the in house adviser after the initial meeting had I not already had one externally.
