We live away from the house we were selling but had peace of mind knowing that the SQ crew were close by. Selling a house due to bereavement is tough at times but Johnson and Riannah were quietly reassuring and eased the whole process. Lucy even popped round on Sunday in her own time to collect keys from me. And put a Hoover round when I couldn't. Marketing for the house seemed spot on, with plenty of viewings - even post Lockdown. I live some distance from the property which was being sold and from the very beginning they kept me updated re viewings and prospective buyers. Really easy to deal and staff are great and there customer service is fantastic and nothing was ever to much of a problem. We was with another estate agents before who did a really bad job with our house so moved or to Sharman Quinney and never looked back as they sold our house really quick due to there great selling team and Johnson Roy. My young family and I were due to move into a property this January. We viewed the property a month before, and Sharman Quinney sent us a contract to sign. Throughout the process communication was very poor. We rang the office more or less everyday in the week up to the move as we had yet to receive a signed contract from the landlord. We were assured everything was progressing but 48 hours before we were due to move in (a date that was agreed by both parties), Sharman Quinney revealed that they had had no contact with the landlord for ten days. Because we were due to be moving in two days time, we had organised movers, new nurseries and schools for our children, and end of tenancy cleaners. All this cost considerable time and money. Sharman Quinney then confessed that the property would not be able to be let to us as there was a burst pipe. Even if this were true, all of this could have been communicated to us days before. If there had been worryingly no contact with the landlord, this should’ve been said to us. Instead, we were left homeless and now have nowhere to move into. As a mother of a family of two children under four, this is incredibly distressing.

Rhianna Larner has been assisting us with our property search. Her local knowledge is terrific and she has an excellent, professional rapport with her clients. Due to a cognitive disability I absolutely stuffed up our viewing schedule that Rhianna had set up for us.
