Pleasant and friendly letting agent handled our move. In fact, found the entire team who dealt with us pleasant and rarely flustered despite our high demands. Would have liked to have completed all formalities with a few days to spare - but we appreciate things happen. Got there in the end. Overall 3 bordering on 4 out of 5.

Facebookdon't rent from these, customer service awful, staff attitudes disgusting, in 4 years nothing wad ever done on time, and mean legal things like gas safety checks, management don't care, and extremely happy to see people get done like kippers
