We used Streets Ahead to sell our home in South Norwood. The initial sales tactic that was suggested did not work, but the house was sold (a little later than we'd initially been led to believe was likely). The price achieved was within the range that Streets Ahead had estimated. We had chosen Streets Ahead because of the separate sales progression service. However, once we sold it turned-out that they did not seem to have a dedicated sales progressor at the branch. So it felt like I was doing a lot of the work I had assumed the sales progressor would be doing. To make things worse, the main agent dealing with us then left with almost no warning or handover. Our sale went very slowly - it turned-out this was because our buyer was not in a hurry and not engaging. It took a long time for me to realise this and I solved the situation by threatening to pull-out, to force our buyer to start taking action. If Streets Ahead had been a better agent they would have realised the situation earlier and solved it for me, making our move happen earlier and saving me a lot of stress. Overall, I was disappointed with Streets Ahead compared to the service I thought I was going to get. But you could probably do worse - they did get the house sold at a fair price.

George & Emma at Streets Ahead (addiscombe) were amazing from start to finish with helping me secure a rental property. Every email/question was delt with promptly and I was made to feel that nothing was too much of a ask. It’s the first time I’ve had a really present experience with an estate agent as the last ones I had were terrible. They have both restored my faith in estate agents and feel lucky that I had them both to set up new new home. Massive thank you to you both!!!

Agent Cameron deserves a medal. He was very professional on the phone, not rushing the conversation, very interested in what I am looking for, he explained very well the affordability process something no agent explained to me before in the last 10yrs of renting houses.He sent me properties to my what's app and to my email straight away. Emails no answers call you will be told someone will call back don’t get call back so you call each day same response then final response all gone even tho add will say just addedPurley branch on more than one occasion
