I cannot thank Susan Eaves enough. I lost my Parents and I could not face selling their lovely home for a long time. When it came time, I contacted Susan Eaves. From the moment I met Susan, throughout the whole process, the experience was so calm, caring and thoughtful. Susan's lovely daughters were so considerate and mindful of the difficult situation I was in. What could have been a harrowing, dark time for me, was made so much more bearable by the professionalism, kindness and understanding shown to me by Susan Eaves Estate Agency, and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

I would recommend Susan Eve estate agency to anyone looking to sell a property. They were absolutely excellent and we can't thank them enough. We had some ups and downs while selling our property as two sellers dropped out part way through the process but we were very much supported through quite an anxious time and they found us another buyer very quickly - and at a better price than the others were going to pay! Communication is excellent - emails are responded to very quickly and phone calls returned without delay. I can't speak highly enough of the service that we received and at a reasonable price too. I cannot praise Susan Eve Estate Agency highly enough. Rachel, Carly and Jade have been professional, caring, helpful and efficient in assisting me with the sale of my late mother's (and my family's) home. It was a distressing time for me but the team were sympathetic and supportive. They always gave an honest opinion regarding the value of the property and my calls, E Mails and questions were answered promptly. The feedback from viewings was also honest and informative. The time had come to sell my mums home as she was moving back down to Manchester, we were unsure which estate agent to use but did notice Susan Eve was a popular choice in the Cleveleys area, we are so glad we chose them, from the first call, the first meeting through to the final completion has been dealt with honesty, openness and efficiency. I was the buyer here and on moving day there was a major issue with the top of the chain meaning we may not have moved in but had already completed on our sale that morning so we're essentially without a home. What ended up being a long process with a few bumps in the road was made far less stressful because of the ladies here. Initially I had 2 valuations carried out on my late mothers home and the experiences couldn’t have been more different. The first estate agent (another popular one in the area) attended with what can only be described as a “jack the lad” sales attitude, which was made even worse when he suggested a very low ball valuation on my mothers home. Given the already difficult time for me, I was not impressed at all (I can only assume this tactic is used to increase company sale figures and turnaround times) Thankfully when Susan came to visit the experience was the polar opposite, I couldn’t have felt more at ease. Susan showed respect and sympathy for the current situation whilst providing her honest feedback, there was no “pushy sales talk” it was just a very honest, very informative and helpful conversation. I instantly made my decision and now I can’t say THANK YOU enough to Susan, Jade and Carly for all their support and advice with selling my late mothers home. I have never met such a caring, supportive, friendly team of professional women, nothing was too much trouble and I was kept updated at all times despite working overseas.
