GoogleThe most stress free house sale/purchase ever! From the house being valued, to the pictures, brochure, viewing our now new house, all the way up to exchanging, nothing was ever too much to ask. Questions and queries answered so quickly and we were kept updated throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend the Susan Eve girls anymore!

GoogleSusan eve are expensive. £1560 including vat. You sign a contract. £500 + vat if you pull out. £1560 if you pull out when they have a buyer for you but you don't want to go ahead.this puts you under pressure .I accepted an offer from a buyer. The buyer and freeholder of my flat then made up false disputes to knock the price down. I pulled out and then Susan eve pulled out of my contract and so now I have also lost a house I made an offer on. I did not feel that Susan eve had my back and a viewer smoked in my flat. When I got back to my flat straight after the estate agent did the viewing there was a strong smell . Really alarmed and distressed about how I have been treated. Also susen eve kept contacting my solicitor. This is a service I was paying for. I did not give permission.Avoid them. They are not genuine or proffessionals.
Dear Julie Heminsley, It is not often that we receive a bad review however, on this occasion, we were expecting to receive your review based on your public google review history. The issue here was not about charges, our contract or the sale of your property, the issue was with the manner you treated our Estate Agency. Abuse or false accusations towards our staff will not be tolerated. As you are aware, our Estate Agency is a family business and it is very rare that we decide to terminate a contract however, on this occasion we thought that it would be the best case scenario and we wished you all the best for the future, to which you responded thanking us for our services thus far. We marketed your property on Wednesday 24/08/2022, I personally conducted two viewings on Wednesday 31/08/2022 to which we received two formal offers and you selected which purchaser you wanted to proceed with. It is normal procedure for an acting Estate Agent to speak with your Solicitor, we spoke with them the first time to ask about the proposed dispute, the second time was via email with the Memorandum of Sale and the third to inform them that we had terminated our contract so the file could be closed, permission would not be required for any instance. You state that we are “expensive” however, you were advised before you signed our contract that we are a bespoke Estate Agency with highly competitive fixed fee charges. You telephoned our Office whilst you were with a different Estate Agent requesting our fees, meaning that you had two weeks to consider our fees before entering into a contract with ourselves, the terms of the contract were clear and at no point were you put under any pressure to sign it. As we have already confirmed via email, neither I (as a strict non-smoker) or any viewer who we showed around the apartment smoked inside or outside. Your statement seems to have been made in an attempt to defame us and I would politely request that based on all of the above, you remove your review with immediate effect. Best Wishes, Carly Eve

From the moment I met Susan, throughout the whole process, the experience was so calm, caring and thoughtful. Susan's lovely daughters were so considerate and mindful of the difficult situation I was in. What could have been a harrowing, dark time for me, was made so much more bearable by the professionalism, kindness and understanding shown to me by Susan Eaves Estate Agency, and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

GoogleI would recommend Susan Eve estate agency to anyone looking to sell a property. They were absolutely excellent and we can't thank them enough. We had some ups and downs while selling our property as two sellers dropped out part way through the process but we were very much supported through quite an anxious time and they found us another buyer very quickly - and at a better price than the others were going to pay! Communication is excellent - emails are responded to very quickly and phone calls returned without delay. I can't speak highly enough of the service that we received and at a reasonable price too. Rachel, Carly and Jade have been professional, caring, helpful and efficient in assisting me with the sale of my late mother's (and my family's) home. It was a distressing time for me but the team were sympathetic and supportive. They always gave an honest opinion regarding the value of the property and my calls, E Mails and questions were answered promptly. The feedback from viewings was also honest and informative.
