A huge thank you to Carly, Jade and Rachael for the sale of my house. From the very start, the team at Susan Eve made us feel comfortable and confident in using them to market our property - we then accepted an offer within a few days of going on the market and everything was handled excellently from there onwards. In particular, the team went above and beyond - chasing delays in our onward chain and passing updates on without us having to request this. I can’t praise Susan Eve enough and would definitely recommend them if you are looking to sell your house!

I thought that I would drop a line to express what an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with the team at Susan Eve Estate Agency. After deciding to relocate from our home in Greater Manchester, we found a property in Cleveleys which Susan Eve were selling and proceeded to put in an offer which was accepted. Unfortunately this sale fell through and we once again began the hunt for a suitable property. We found the property which has now become our home which was also being sold by Susan Eve in Thornton. Carly was our point of contact and was professional yet personal in her approach as were all of the team that we dealt with. They were most thorough in keeping us up to date with the buying process throughout. On the day of moving in, we were presented with a welcome pack filled with information and goodies. We have just sold a property using the excellent services provided by Carley, Jade and the team at Susan Eve Estate Agents. The service received from start to finish has been friendly and professional with regular updates and comunications, both by phone and email, which were especially helpful as we were not local to the property. Their helpful advice and support with buyers, managing viewings, speedy turn around and regular feedback made the whole experience less stressful than it otherwise could have been. As a small family business, you get the personal touch not found with some of the bigger corporate chains. If your looking to sell or buy in the area I would certainly recommend them.

In 2001 I purchased my bungalow from Susan Eve Estate Agency and it always stayed with me of how professional they were. At that time Susan's 3 girls Rachel Jade and Carly were very young. So 22 years later I contacted them again and asked if they would market another property that I needed to sell, The 3 girls were now running the business with their mum. To say what a great job they are doing is an understatement. So thorough, courteous, nothing is too much trouble. I would most definitely recommend this agent if you are thinking of selling or even buying a property in the future. Well done girls keep up the good work .

We entered into a 16 week contract with this Estate agent. Part of the contract also said we would be tied in for 28 days after the 16 weeks from when we notified them we were terminating the agreement. It does say on the contract that they can release you at their discretion within that 28 days, but they refused to do this in our case. The reasons i asked for the release was that in our experience I have found them to be poor communicators, even bordering on lazy. Within the 16 weeks there has been 1 viewing and a maximum of 2 phone calls from them. I have had to chase them for updates as they haven't been forthcoming with information. They haven't communicated and suggested we reassess the selling price as a result of only having 1 viewing. Just not proactive at all. Photos are dull and uninspiring which I feel has contributed to the lack of viewings also. Overall, very disappointed and would not use them again. - - - Addition to the review after Susan Eve's reply- - - -My review is not fictitious, it's my opinion based on my experience with the Estate agents. -My comments are not false, libelous or misleading. They are my opinions and I am entitled to share them. That is what Google Reviews is for. _ They were not all pro active. Only answering questions and queries when asked. They did not make regular contact. - They provided us with 1 marketing report when prompted. -Initially we did like the photographs, but now having seen other photographs from other estate agents, we realise that others provide a better service when it come to photographs.

When we sold they were as equally helpful, and their price competitive. The suggested selling price was fair (about median quoted) and they found a buyer quite quickly.
