GoogleSpoke to both ladies today who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. On my initial enquiry I spoke to Lindsay, who went more than above and beyond. She listened to my story and actually helped me with some vital information that made a dramatic difference to the situation I was in. GoogleIf I could give them more stars, I would! Lindsey is helping us with our purchase of Alder Grove, and I am so happy with everything she is doing for us. We have had a bit of hassle with solicitors that has meant it hasn't been plain sailing - with some delays and a lot of stress. However, Lindsey and her team have been there every step of the way, they have been professional yet approachable and have helped us gain clarity when needed. When it felt like things weren't progressing how we needed them to, Lindsey stepped up, being the go-between for our solicitors and the sellers (a task I really wouldn't want) and has really ensured that we have felt we have someone on our side helping us through. We might not have had the smoothest journey (not Northwoods fault at all!) and Northwood have really been amazing! Communication -10/10 Helpfulness- 10/10 Professionalism - 10/10 Knowledge - 10/10 I could not thank the team more and have no faults whatsoever, I know, if we come to selling our home down the line, that I will be picking Lindsey and Northwood to do so! Constantly updating me with properties that are on the market and even those they aren’t available to view or even listed. They are professional, proactive and extremely friendly. The selling experience could not have been better due to Northwood. Right from the outset Cheryl displayed excellent market knowledge and how best to market the property. Her advice was taken and delivered the positive results Cheryl had predicted. Then throughout the process Northwood, via Lindsey, have been very pro-active with the sales process making sure things were progressing via the solicitors and keeping us updated at all times. In my experience some estate agents just answer the phone and arrange viewings. Northwood are so much more that that. They partner with you and provide expertise and an excellent service and are with you throughout the whole process. Many thanks to Lindsey and Cheryl for excellence delivered with a smile. If you are looking for a professional estate agency you will not find better.

GoogleI recently sold my property through Northwood and I can't fault Cheryl for the work she did getting photos and preparing the brochure. I had a property with no chain, but did have a small section of garden owned by the council. Although we were going through adverse possession with the solicitors (and it is now granted) I don't think the situation with the land went as well as it could have, as we had a couple of bumps in the road - but all in all, the property was sold at the asking price which was great! Thanks to Claire as well for her patience with such a long-winded process, it should have been a quick one if it weren't for the pesky bit of land so i appreciate your time and patience with it all! :)

GoogleWe have just completed on our purchase with Northwood and they have been excellent. Lindsey kept us informed and also was very patient with me when we had issues with our solicitors. She went above and beyond the call of duty in chasing our solicitors up and if she was unavailable, one of the other friendly girls in the office was ready to help. We have just woken up on the first morning in our bungalow and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

GoogleBeing a first time buyer the process can be a bit overwhelming but from the second I stepped through the door at Northwood Thorne I felt welcomed, like I was more than a sale. They wanted to find me the right home perfect for me and Lindsey has, she has been amazing! I honestly feel like I can approach the team with any questions and concerns. Lindsey (and Cheryl) have already been so helpful and supportive, I cannot recommend them enough!
