Every step of the way there was someone available to talk too, regular updates. Quick and friendly service. We now have the perfect tenants for us and Northwood are always just a phone call away if we need any help with anything. We recently bought a property with Housesetc and moved in last month. The team especially Holly and Louise provided fantastic customer service from our first contact right through until we collected the keys! Cannot recommend Northwood Thorne office enough. Cheryl knows the area inside out so we were able to put our house on the market with confidence we had chosen the best person to represent our property and get the maximum value. Cheryl really knows her stuff and gave us really sound advice throughout allowing us to make informed decisions. Nina was fantastic and incredibly patient working through what became very difficult sales, she really held our hand to support us and make it less stressful. Understandably my mother in law was very anxious and worried about the move. But right from the very first meeting, Cheryl put my mother in law at ease and was so kind and loving to her. Sadly move forward a year and my mother in law passed away and it was up to Cheryl and her team to sell the apartment. Again understandably my wife was so upset but Cheryl showed the same compassion to her as she did my mother in law. In fact the whole team have been so lovely and of course so professional. They kept us up to date at every turn and made the whole process so smooth. You get a lovely feeling when you go into the office and it’s matched by their professionalism. Cannot recommend Northwood enough!!! I had a few estate agents come and value my property before choosing to go with Northwood. Cheryl was so honest and amazing and supportive from day one. Didn't sugarcoat anything unlike other agents. The price was fair and again she was upfront about this. I loved her honesty from day one. She also understood that I suffer with anxiety and literally her and her team held my hand throughout the whole process! The Thorne team are very knowledgeable and professional and I honestly wouldn't have been able to get through the stress of selling my house without them! Very professional. After a terrible experience with a certain online estate agent, we decided to put our house up for sale with Housesetc. David met with us, talked us through the entire process and posted the advert all within 24 hours. Ten days later, we accepted an offer!
