GoogleWe recently marketed our house with Thetford Haart and had a fantastic experience with them. All of the team were very responsive and always available to help - nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was fantastic - keeping us up to date with even the smallest of things. Always called when they said they would and always returned calls quickly too. Lots of quality viewings and they were always conducted on time with a high level of professionalism. Unbiased advice on all things do to with buying and selling was always readily available and the team were always positive and enthusiastic. It was lovely to have a personal, local service without the corporate feel! Thank you all, you were just fantastic.

GoogleHighly professional, helpful and friendly service, I would even go as far as calling it the best in the area. We knew we were in safe hands from the moment we got a call from Josh, through arranging a mortgage and insurances with Lisa and all the way to completion. What we found most outstanding was that they looked after our interests rather than their own (unlike some other agencies). Lisa explained everything and answered our questions in a simple to follow manner and signed us up for deals that suited us best. After that she kept us up to date regularly and helped chasing up parties involved in purchase process. Would recommend to anyone who wants to buy a house worry free! Will definitely be using Lisa's services in a few years when we decide to remortgage:)

GoogleI have Re-wrote my review, because im near the end of my completion sale. The staff at Haart are extremely helpful and professional, But i think because they do this process day in and out they forget that people who are new to the process or where the process has changed (like my self) had no idea of the hurdles that have to been jumped, and making promises on the back of other people such as buyers and solicitors. And in my case i had a evaluations from 2 estate agents around the same price, when the buyers mortgage company sent out a person to evaluate my property it was valued at 10.000 less, my only choice was to except or take it off the market. My only advice to any buyer or seller is to take time in listening to exactly what the process is. For me it has been extremely stressful but i don't think any other estate agent would have done it better and in some cases Haart did go out of there way to get to completion done.

Nadine has gone above and beyond with helping me with the paperwork for the solicitors, nothing has been too much trouble. She is an asset to haart and a pleasure to deal with. GoogleThe Thetford Haart team is young and enthusiast and with that comes energy. The sale of our house was complicated not only by its uniqueness but by we being out of the country. The long and cumbersome procedures of selling or buying property in England would try the patience of a saint. The Haart team did all they could to make the difficult process come to a satisfactory end.
