Recently moved out as I just got engaged so moving home, but had I not been, I'd have loved to stay as a pillar tenant! Great agency, they really care about the tenants. Peaceful landlords. Maintenance issues resolved very quickly and thoroughly. Our house was cleaned professionally weekly, and it didn't even come out of our rent. Team always responsive and polite, from the admin team, to Ivan and the maintenance team. Highly recommend: peaceful stay and professional team. Imani

My experience so far has been great. Sam was very helpful when showing me around the properties, and even rearranged his day in order to ensure I was able to see everything I wanted. The properties are fantastic quality and good value for money. Would recommend.

GoogleWhen I was finishing my tenancy with Pillar Property, I understood how bad the letting agent could be. You will have no say whatsoever in the deductions they make against your deposit. They will not show you any bills that account for the repairs they charge you. Be aware and negotiate your deposit!

The worst letting agency I’ve ever rented through! Coming into the house whenever they want with no notice INCLUDING during covid isolation time when nobody could leave their homes, they would be doing trips between houses on the same day no mask no gloves! Treating tenants like children, not listening to the issues raised, looking through tenants’ cupboards in the kitchen with no permission to go through personal belongings, ignoring serious utility issues in the house, leaving 6 tenants without washing machine or dryer for over a month with an advise of “wash by hand”!!! Slamming every single door they walk through disregarding tenants’ right to quiet enjoyment, and what’s the funniest - throwing away tenants’ property without permission!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! On top of that they proposed a rent increase of £125-150 a month!!! Absolute joke of an agency, unprofessional and rude, the handyman could do so much better if they at least watched YouTube videos of how to fix things! Useless!

This evening one member Tommy gun was on the line. Associated with property management answered the phone. I was locked out of my house. But the agency contact called an agency to resolve in the morning and gave excellent advice of how to access the house late night. Excellent company 👍 great to know an agency can help 247

I couldn’t recommend Pillar enough, I rented two properties for over 2 years with them. Sam was always super helpful and quick to respond to any issues even at weekend and in the evenings. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a shared professional house.

Very pleased with Pillar Properties. When I moved into the rental property Pillar took my concerns seriously and agreed to deal with the issues I had with the room before moving in. They followed through and resolved it in good time. The rental property is well maintained. I would be happy to use them again in the future if I were looking to move into a shared accommodation.

I have contacted this company by telephone and email for follow ups on 3 different properties. On each occasion the company promised that somebody would follow up on my enquiries. In spite of many follow ups the response from this company was ZERO. If I could give them 0 stars I would do so. The date I mention below is just 1 instance of their failings

GoogleRented from them awhile back worst agency, had room professionally cleaned before I moved out guy walked in and swiped dust from top of door frame and tried to charge me £250. The property manager was a bully and acts like a bloody bailiff. I’m not alone

I’m currently living in one of there properties and have been here for just 1 month. During this time I can not fault the team, they have all been so helpful. I first met Ivan who showed me around the property to which he was super patient with me as this was my first time moving out therefore had lots of questions, he explained everything to me and helped me out a lot. Lyn has also been fantastic with the moving process , paperwork and again helping me out with anything I was unsure with and replies to my emails within 48hrs. Justin who deals with maintenance issues resolved the problem within 24hrs, I sent an email late last night and he was here at lunchtime to fix it, he was chatty, friendly and once again very helpful. The whole team makes you feel reassured and they are all a great bunch of people who are always happy to help.
